Can't see whole screen on pc?

Every time I try to play this on my laptop(windows 10) the game will not show the entire screen, and will cut off the right and bottom sides of the screen, however the mouse will act as though all the stuff was in right place, so you have to move your mouse up and left of whatever you want to click, yet some of the clickables are un-clickable, any help?

I think this is a Windows 10 thing. MS Solitaire and Castle Siege seem OK as they have been updated for Win 10, but every other game I have tried so far has really dodgy aspect ratios with either big thick black borders cutting off parts of the screen, or the screen seeming overized and buttons being unreachable. Most Win8 games seem completely unplayable, at least for the time being.

I know it isn't at all helpful, but I'm glad I'm not the only one! I have left feedback via Windows about it and hopefully something can/will be done about it.

Ah! I'm glad to see this as well. Did you upgrade from Windows 7, by chance?

I played a Sudoku game and I had to click up and to the left to actually interact with the section I wanted to do. I couldn't click right on it either.

I upgraded from Win 8 on a brand new laptop, but had the same problem on my older laptop that was also upgraded from Win 8.

MS Solitaire and AoE Castle Siege both work perfectly. Other games I've tried are Make it Rain, Puzzle by Nikoli and Disney Infinity Toy Box (all broken and unplayable). I started sensing a pattern and haven't tried anything else.

I'm both glad and disheartened to read this. On one end, I'm glad it's just not my laptop but rather the games themselves.

What was the forum you posted in? Maybe I'll leave a comment there too.

There's an app for giving feedback (called "Windows Feedback" pre-installed I believe, use Cortana!) - I posted in there and categorised it under apps/games. It's like a thumbs up type thing so I thumbs upped anyone who said anything vaguely similar and then posted my own version to hopefully get it noticed more quickly.

I fear it may require the actual developers to update the games though, in which case many probably won't.

Hm. You may be right, unfortunately. I'll probably focus on the easier titles that doesn't require too much precision then until the other ones get resolved.

Just downloaded Bejeweled LIVE as another 'test' game, and it seems to play fine, so perhaps it isn't affecting all games which can only be a good thing.

It's just trial and error I guess and possibly approaching individual developers on Twitter or via app feedback to try and get the messed up ones fixed...

Ha.I tried tablet mode for Disney Infinity and Make it Rain and it made no difference whatsoever. For Make it Rain, both the right hand side and bottom are blacked out completely. Putting the laptop into portrait screen mode did sort of work, but it's just not practical to stand a laptop on it's side to play when you're as clumsy as me!

Ugh. That stinks.

I'm wondering if syncing progress/achievements from the WP would work in this case?

Not a clue, I haven't actually played either version yet. There was a bit of info about getting the achievements to sync across in the other thread you linked but I didn't soak much of it up.

Just got the game due to easy achievements and can't even log in to my new account because the email and password boxes are miles off centre of the screen.

I've managed to complete the game, even with the cut off screen and misaligned clicking

Some tips: use tab, space bar, enter, number keys to navigate as much as possible as they work fine
