Disney account service unavailable

Every time I try to log in to this game it says "Disney account service unavailable". This means I can't get those maps I need to download. Is there a reason for this? I hope they didn't ditch this version for Disney infinity 3.0 on win 10.

Yeah I can't link my account to download toy boxes or earn achievements so not sure if this game has partially unobtainable achievements.

At this point, I'd be willing to just pay $6 and get the achievements I need.
I have the download toy boxes achievements, I just need the drive this kind of car achievements.

Yeah I contacted their support team and they no longer support this version of the game which means most of these achievements that require a Disney Account are unobtainable.

*sigh* so I'm guessing I won't be able to download maps I'm guessing?

Just got a follow up email from their support team:

"We are investigating the reported errors with the Disney Servers. I spoke with a guest earlier who was able to resolve the issue by uninstalling, then re-installing the game."

I also purchased the $6 ultimate pack and the pack is still locked. I got a confirmation email from ms so they definitely have my money.

I'm also having the account service unavailable message. Pretty naff, my son got 1 achievement a while back (that doesn't need a Disney account) and now I can't finish the game off.

You gotta be kidding me, I was just planning on starting this... so I guess I should not, then...

It does indeed seem that the servers for this game are unavailable now...

So the problem seems to be with Windows 10. If I had Windows 8 or 7 running on a computer, do you think that would help ?

The problem is not with Windows 10. I've tried running it on both Windows 8 and 10 (The game is not compatible with Windows 7) and I always get the same "Disney account service unavailable". It's not machine specific because I've tried on two different Windows 10 machines as well. I have been trying for about 2 months and I've always received that error message. It's simply broken; the server for this game is turned off. Unless Disney is going to fix it then this game should be pulled from the Windows store because you can't do anything if you can't connect to the Disney account service. The only achievements that can be unlocked now are "Defender of the Universe" and "Playing Favorites". The game is only two years old so Disney basically said "tough sheet" to anybody who spent money on this game.

I haven't heard anything back from DI Support. Last time they told me that they were going to inform the developers of the server issue. I think it should be fair to mark most of these as 'partially unobtainable' until further notice.

Disney just shut down Avalanche studios...

Bah, I knew holding onto this game for easy "streak achievements" or Leap Frog was a bad idea. :(

Should have just 100% it months ago.

Any response from Disney?
