Xbox live syncing

Ok so far I've unlocked 4 achievements out of 20, and on my phone they say unlocked, but on my xbox account it says 0/200g, 0/20 achievements and 0%. Yet on trueachievements it shows I've unlocked them. Can anyone help please?

You can't do anything, I have the same problem since the "New Xbox One Experience" update released. It's very annoying, a lot of never played just launched game just appeared in my profile and impossible to delete or hide them like on Xbox 360. Many of my games hidden on Xbox 360, but are still there on Xbox One. I tried to contact with Microsoft Support, they are "refreshed the profile", I think it's mean the Xbox Service rechecked everything on my account. It's helped me for a few days, but later everything changed back...

It appears that the One doesn't recognize any progress but the 360 does.
Also everyone else who has this game has this same exact issue it appears.

Is this issue still ongoing? Am thinking about picking this game up but would like it to sync properly...

For future readers, based on the gamer cards of the first two posters this game still has not sync'd to Xbox.com and I assume not to the One as well.

The problem is the same. I don’t know what’s going on, it was OK a few updates before.

In the new Xbox One update you can hide your 0G unstarted games. I can confirm if you are started this game (or any other mobile platform game with this bug), you can’t hide it, because you have unlocked achievements for that title. And since I can hide my Xbox One games, some of my very very little completed games just disappeared, for example Kinect 1 Voice Studio, Wordament iOS. Sometimes this Halo game too disappearing, but later coming back.
