It appears this was copied from the 360 version which is fine for all of the achievements other than

To the best of my knowledge they have patched this version and the glitches that worked previously to power level no longer work. So there needs to be some work done to the walkthrough to address the best way to do this on the XB1

some of the achievement links link straight to the 360 Version. These should be switched to the Definitve Edition so the tracking within the walkthrough does work as intended

On the Skulls page, the Abandoned House is available after the quest Uninvited Guests has been completed. This is different than the 360 version.
