Hadn't have any issues with other purchased games with these settings, so I guess that "EU" thing is the problem.
Yes, you will need to change your console's location to somewhere in the EU temporarily to see that version of the game in your Ready To Install list. Once it's downloaded you can switch back.
Just did that, worked like a charm. Thanks mate! :)

Holy Murderer5 said:Microsoft need to sort their shit out and stop discounting bundles instead of seperate DlCs, they are basically shitting on the people who paid full price to get the game by making them pay full price for dlcs too, makes you wonder whether its worth buying games at lauch or just wait a couple months to get games AND theis season passes at HALF THE FUCKING PRICE!!!!!!It's never been worth buying games at launch. If you do anyway, stop complaining and enjoy being the first to play every bug-riddled, overpriced beta. This isn't exactly new.

I ask because both have a better deal on win10.Here we go. 1) Every Xbox Live enabled game on Windows 10 has achievements.
    2) No, neither of them stack. They share a list with the Xbox One versions. 3) No, they aren't cross-buy supported titles.
    This is correct.

The best thing to do for each Windows 10 game you are interested in, is go to the game page. Look at the Game Information panel for Platform:. For example OXENFREE says Windows, Xbox One, but Rise of the Tomb Raider only says Xbox One, because Rise of the Tomb Raider (Win 10) has it's own achievement list.

From now on, all Microsoft published Windows 10/Xbox One games (single achievement list) will be cross-buy. They have not said if there are any plans to apply that to previous releases.
So even though I own #IDARB because it was free with GwG if I want it on Win 10 I have to pay right?

That depends on what you mean:
"I want to be able to play this game on Xbox One or on Win 10." I am pretty sure yes, you have to buy the game for Win 10.

"I want to be able to earn all possible achievements in all versions of #IDARB." Having access to either the Xbox One or Win 10 version gives you access to the single set of achievements for this game. In that case, no, you do not need to buy it on Win 10.

This is one of the best clarifications of multiple achievement lists and/or achievement stacking I have read in recent times. Kudos.

Just noticed that Shadow of Mordor GOTYE has the wrong price listing on its achievement page. Regular price is $10 lower than listed, not counting the sale.

Sorry for the triple post, but I'm trying to buy the Witcher 2 EU to play through back-compat. As a US-based account, how would I go about doing this? Do I need to use PayPal or something to get around the currency?

Do I need to use PayPal or something to get around the currency? For Xbox 360 games, you would need an EU account (eg UK) and if you want the Gold discount, it would need to be Gold. You then need a valid payment method on that account, PayPal works in a few regions, including UK. Your other option is to change the region of your account, but you cannot change it back for 3 months. The other thing to bear in mind is that some 360 games are region locked, but that doesn't apply if you are playing them on the Xbox One.

It's a shame you missed it when the Witcher 2 was free for everyone six months ago - HolyHa1fDead's blog post - Special Offers and Free Stuff (2nd February 2016)

I see, a shame it is. Well I'm willing to take only the Silver level savings if I can use PayPal to get around currency. Can I do it all through my One set to UK and use an alt?

Note that you still may not be able to purchase Xbox 360 titles even with an alt account and a valid payment option without using a VPN. (Also note that VPN use is frowned upon as a discussion point on TA, so I'll not discuss the details further).

I think I might have to hold off on the spending for a while!

I'd been playing the disc version of Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition but, at $7.50 US, I thought I'd pick up the digital version as well.

Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons (Xbox 360) and Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons are identical.
Yes, that's the reason i still not purchase even it's an easy 1000G, i complete 360 version long time ago, great story with an impressive ending. However, without any enhancement i will wait for a much discount for xbox one version

Jet Car Stunts is £2. Showing up as £3.99 on the homepage. There was a link to this forum through the game but couldn't find it in the lists.

Constant scrolling finally hurt my eyes so I posted and apologise if it has been corrected or someone else has brought it up.

Was the end of the sale. Post can be ignored

I was in the process of editing my op and got side-tracked. Yeah I noticed when I signed into the one after work and realised it wasn't on sale anymore. My bad
