I've tried this on two different Windows 10 machines and on both it opens the app and you see a screen saying www.doodlegod.com but then it crashes.

Does anyone else have this problem or maybe know a solution?

I've been having the same problem since last week or the week before. Also tried it on 2 machines. Second machine has never even had the game installed. Initially it worked fine the first day, then after a little while the next day it crashed and only ever shows me that black screen with their website. I emailed their support team and have heard nothing back.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried uninstalling, restarting my computer, and it just does not want to load up. Bummer.

Also have this issue. I can't start this game anymore. Used to work fine (also on win10), but since a week or two it just crashes when starting.

This is getting out of hand, anyone else who is having this issue needs to contact them at this email address. support@joybits.org
I've already sent one email, but am going to do so again. They can't be allowed to release broken games and not fix them.

Same problem here. It appears an update broke the game.

I suspect it's the July 4th update that caused this. I was playing this game normally before then.

Has there been any breakthroughs on getting this fixed? I reported it to microsoft through the store to see if that pushes joybits to fix it, i would recommend everyone else does the same until its playable

Good idea Deaths PhoenixX. In case anyone needs to know where that is, just find the game in the Store then scroll all the way to the bottom to the "Report this app" button. You can select the reason for "Poor performance," maybe it'll help. At least it can't hurt.

Something tells me it's literally telling us to visit www.doodlegod.com. Perhaps they've discontinued the windows store version, as it were?

Same. Can't start playing. Probably gonna uninstall.
  • Posted on 27 September 16 at 16:23
Something interesting I just found is that they, according to their store link, have a twitter account www.twitter.com/joybitsmobile, but when you try go there you are told that it doesn't exist. Super fishy.
  • Posted on 07 October 16 at 14:17
Well, they "updated" the game and it still doesn't work. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No changes to making it work.
