There is one sitting on top of Joule's crawler.

I know of 27 Health Upgrades. (28 if you count the impossible to get one in QuickSand Rally)
    15 in Dungeons
    1 in Granite Steps
    4 in Lonely Basin
    2 in the Cradle
    5 in Shifting Sands

Mine popped on the 26th one I picked up.

I was informed that the old way to get to Quicksand Rally still works. You just have to do it fast because of the expanded radiation zone.

For some reason, although I've completed EVERY dungeon and all hunting challenges, I'm sitting at 98% for blueprints. I used an IGN guide to check every single cache location and I've grabbed them all too.
Sadly, the blueprints in the hidden dungeon across the mud in The Cradle do not count -.-

    Any ideas?
Does anyone have a FULL list of blueprints or know of one somewhere?

You should have 21 full sets for each frame. (There are 4 sections for each set)
Consisting of 3 different designs in 7 different colours.

This will mean there are 84 parts (Blueprints) for each frame.
    Consisting of (3 designs) X (7 Colours) X (4 Sections)

For K-9: (4 Sections are: Head, Forelegs, Hindlegs, Augment)
Bare Bones, Salty Dog, Wild Child,
In Red, White, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Green, Orange

For SP-DR: (4 Sections are: Body, Legs, Weapons Array, Augment)
    Widowmaker, Iron Tusk, Hatchling
In Red, White, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Green, Orange

For AP-3: (4 Sections are: Head, Torso, Legs, Augment)
    Brute, Hammer Fist, Orek A-10,
In Red, White, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Green, Orange

For FL-1R: (4 Sections are: Head, Jets, Weapon, Augment)
    Kraken, Stinger, Fugu
In Red, White, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Green, Orange

This is the best guide I have seen for finding the Frames you still need:

The only other blue print I can think of is the Chrome K-9. Does this include that "blueprint"?

Climbing the rocks on the hill, and trying to get as much altitude S possible worked for me today with the flyer. It was very close though, and you do get into the radiation.

I have every single health booster, been over the maps 4 times and still stuck on 96%.

Edit: It unlocked while exploring for audio logs!

In the Shifting Sands section it says:
    7. Adams 08 – Sitting underneath the index finger of the large robotic hand in the center of the map.
    10. Adams 08 – This one is in Shifting Sands, but you’ll reach it via The Warren. When you exit the dungeon, before taking the tram to the tower, look for this one sitting on a small box nearby, just off to your right.

I'm sure 7 is Adams 08 since I just picked it up. Can you pick this up twice or is 10 a different one?

    Hi guys!
Is there any chance of people that know where the collectibles are can please make vids?? I really struggle following the written instructions on how to find them.
I know It's a big ask but possibly make a vid each between a few of you...
I'm obviously not the only one struggling with this so your vids would be very much appreciated 👍🏼

@LifeExpectancy, please tell me how to "glitch" to the extra area you mention in "The Cradle" across the quicksand that has a plethora of equipment boxes. There are 2 quicksand areas in the Cradle so I'm not sure where to start. Thank you!
