Anyone stuck on an endless loading screen if they haven't played in awhile?

I haven't touched this game in about 2 years and now I'm stuck on an endless loading screen with the USA map overhead view. Is my save data fudged up or something or do I have to reinstall everything to try and fix this?

Try a hard reset if you haven't already.
Other than that, reinstalling would probably fix it

can't del;ete the save data since it is on the ubi servers, tried reinstalling but nothing. seems others have the problem with old saves

I didn't say delete your save data? By hard reset I mean hard resetting your console. Usually fixes a lot of bugs. You can do it by holding the power button on your console for five seconds.

Although if reinstalling didn't work I don't think a hard reset will. You're best off sending a ticket off to Ubisoft support.
