Nobody knows answer for that. Maybe they fix them with dlc 2, maybe sooner, maybe after, maybe never.

If you haven't already - you need to start a new playthrough for The New Boss. If you're continuing a pre-patch game, the achievement will not work.

Tried a new save for “Combat Specialist and “Closed Casket” after March update and it didn’t work so these two are still broken.

Did you started a simply New Game or deleted all your savegames (local and cloud) ?

I deleted every thing, reinstalled the game and update. didn't work. glitch is because of the profile and not the save files so as long as you have this corrupted hub, nothing will work I guess. they need to fix it like they did for money glitch.

Finally got it work and got the "closed Casket". playing off line is the only way if you have the physical copy.

I only got the 50 brutal TD off line, working on 300 TD but it seems you need to do it one shot without quit the game. go off line, delete everything, uninstall and reinstall the game and play until you get 50-60 brutal kill, quit and go online, achievement will pop. haven't tried the other 3 but seems people got those online with latest update.

got the 300 TD achievement so the offline method worked like a charm. this is what you need to do:
1) go offline and delete your save and uninstall the game
2) re install the game and play (start a new game/save)
3) count and write down your take downs. there is no other way
4) After you reached the numbers (30,100 or etc) wait for game to save automatically for the last time and then quit
5) go online and the achievement(s) will pop
Note all of these need to be done in one session so don't quit or get online during the session.

Yes. To repeat my answer in the flip all bosses thread, you can play the entire base game offline. Go offline and uninstall the game completely. Then, still offline, install the game from the physical disk. Play as much of it as you want. You can play the whole game if you want to.

You'll want to ensure you have a clear cache:

--After you go offline, press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox for about ten seconds until it turns off completely. The X1 will make a different sound from a normal power down. If your X1 has an external power brick, you'll also want to keep holding the power button until the light on the power brick changes from white to orange.
--Then, unplug the power from the X1 or unplug the power from the power brick. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to discharge any residual power and ensure the cache is cleared. Wait for about five minutes.
--Plug the power back in. If you have a power brick, wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange. Wait for about five minutes.
--Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.
