From what I've read and reviewed, it appears there are some Platforming elements (tight-rope parts, for example). There also seems to be some stealth elements, some shooting gallery elements, etc.

I agree that I do not think it rises to a "main" genre mechanic. I'd add a Sandbox tag to this, given the variety of activities, but pull Platformer out since there doesn't seem to be a compelling reason to single that out as a major element.

Recommendation:
Add: Sandbox
Remove: Platformer
