Time Attack and Stroke Attack modes?

How do you access these modes?

just figured it out myself. when u goto choose levels select one of the levels you wanna do and it drop down you best round on the hole and there are 3 images below that. with your left stick u and move them to highlight the golf sticks with the ball and then a clock. move to the one u want and then start the level.
