Deleted my post because it made to much clutter after I posted it and edited it. Still wanted to say thanks for the solution, only way I can get it to boot now.

    https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-21236

    Someone says :
This issue is due to be fixed in time for the 1.2 release.
As a workaround in the meantime, you can try turning off Wi-Fi and launching the game. That usually allows the game to launch without issue.

But the game crash always on my lumia 635 even by deactivating the wifi ... Waiting for the 1.2 release then ...

It's still crashing on loading a world so until they fix this is a worthless POS app.

2GB runs without issue. 512MB and 1GB struggle with crashes.

I have a Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, 1GM RAM. The game crashes on Mojang logo. I tried using the pin and start trick that Spliner suggested, but it never gets past the logo. Every once in a while it will stay on the logo for about 30 seconds, but then it still just crashes after that anyway.

I have just fixed this issue finally. What I did was installed the windows insider app, then set my phone to be on the fast updates. Then updated my phone via phone update in the settings. Once that was done I was able to load up Minecraft finally.
