How about Hellraid or a new COJ game instead?

Hellraid has been canceled afaik with no reason given.

Edit: Apparently it's not canceled but no updates for a long time -> http://www.pcgamer.com/techland-says-hellraid-is-definitely-...

According to an article from 2016 they were working on two new games: http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/05/19/report-techland-makin...

If this is their new IP then Dying Light 2 would probably be the 2nd.

I'm impressed with Techland, I have not been disappointed with any of their games thus far. Will probably try this even though it looks much more like an indie game than the AAA titles we're used to from Techland.

Still really want to try Dying Light, and I did enjoy Dead Island, this doesn't look that enjoyable to me so far though.

Is this a twin stick shooter? I hope so, because the action sequences look amazing.

Possibly a quick money maker to help their AAA titles?

awesome premise but would be much better as a real game. And by real game I mean FPS or 3rd person, or even a click and point. I dislike top down, they feel too restrictive.

Anything from Techland is good. A great developer will ensure its as good as can be. I too would have preferred a 3rd person but no doubt its a fun little gem.
