This walkthrough misses the "Bald head" style from Ripper's Blades for the Clothes Horse achievement.

When I did the first playthrough and got back to the security office I got a cut scene as part of the story. Because I'd taken too long to get to the next case in the story due to doing the zombie genocider achievement my game failed and so I got put back to the main menu to start again and I didn't complete the first play through and the megabuster isnt there. Do I just need to complete the game or do I need to get the 53 thousand kills and then complete the game?

Same for me. Maybe you need to kick case 1:4 off..?

For the "Frank the pimp" you have to kill Jo first and then save Sally... If not, Jo will kill 3 of 4 hostages. The walktrough has to be updated, i messed up an entire run!!!

@Hero of Night, I didn't require the bald head for any of my play throughs to get that achievement.

@RSBennet and danwood11, you must get 53,594 kills and be at the helipad at the appropriate time in order to get a game ending to get the Real Megabuster.

@StillMiralo89 The walkthrough already says, "Go inside to trigger the cut-scene and then kill the Psychopath cop and rush back to the restroom to reset the waypoint as the cut-scene wiped it out."

I didn't shoot Kent. Is that bad?

@napoearth I needed the bald head, it shows on Fandom as a clothing option and I did 2x playthrough for the Clothes Horse achievement and all I was missing was the bald head.

I was also missing the bald head clothing change from rippers blades!

One clothes item missing from the walkthrough is the pink dress from Brand New U in Al Fresca Plaza.

Without a doubt the guide for infinite mode sounds pretty easy to follow. I'm going for the first day but I didn't follow the guide. Just kill Otis, the cookie woman .. The clown, the guys in the yard, and a woman gets on the roof. I go for about 28 hours and I have enough food. I hope to go well .. I am afraid of losing the light or the internet .. The wifi went before and I am expelled from the game .. Thank God I was able to return. Reading through other sites they say many places of psychopaths or survivors. Apparently people always said that this was very difficult ... And I don't know why .. The record is 17d .. which is insane ..

I highly recommend visiting the guide and this other achievement guide. Any advice is great and this person covers more things (food :)) without a doubt it is a huge job to make a guide for this title and without video guides on some achievements it is quite difficult but it is still a fascinating job. I was too trusting .. Carlito did not appear to me and I barricaded myself. It took more than 2 days, a user in the achievement guide put this link. It is very helpful. Apparently you can kill the same guy 2 times. Which makes this incredibly easy.

Looking for information I found that you can survive 5 days looking for all the food available. NOT COUNTING SURVIVORS AND PSYCO. In xbox one press start and off you xbox for save you game. Do not start any application, just the game

A tip for everyone who goes to escort 8 women .. It's my 2nd time that I ruined it ... I was so stupid that between both times following the story .. Ignore the story after defeating Carlito for the 2nd time .. No Enter paradise plaza for nothing .. You must kill if or if the "coward" because of that Sally does not appear .. What is the 7 woman :( .. I have 7 women but it is impossible .. I will have to try for 3 time
