More Delistings During January 2018

    Fuck digital only. We end up losing the ability to obtain games completely when the licensing runs out. Hell, even when DLC is delisted for games you can't get a full experience anymore.

    At least with physical games you can still buy and play the discs.

    I can't seem to purchase Cops & Robbers and the Party pack, but I was able to purchase Big Surf.

    Odd. Hope that's just an Xbox Live glitch.

    Damn it, the DLC for Mercury HG has gone too?! So annoying, I wanted to play that one day

    I was really interested in the Mercury game. ='(
    It was never in my region so I kept delaying the purchase. Damn.

    Why not give us a warning. I bet some of these companies don't even know. It's just the legal departments who only care about their paychecks. "It's a business" they say.

    Reading about this Publisher it seems all of their games were gone. And there seems to be "Disney" in their recent history heehee

    This is such an archaic and stupid argument. Think of it as though you're purchasing permanent access to something...like a license. Whether they put it on disc or not is irrelevant really.

    On top of that, this is how many games handle DLC nowadays. Killer Instinct is a good example but there are many others.

    Burnout Paradise is one of my favorite racing games. I hadn't heard about a remaster, but would love to 100% it again on the Xbone.

    Although Mercury Hg was glitchy and often had freezes and frame drops, it was a great game and a tricky completion to boot.

    I purchased The fast and the furious before but can’t seem to find it in my downloads. There is however, a bunch of “content unavailable”.

    Can anyone walk me through how to redownload it?

    That's simply not true. The reason it is that way is since Burnout Paradise is an open-world racing game, for players that have the Big Surf Island DLC to be able to host a game with non-DLC gamers, they had to "level" the playing field and make everyone's Paradise City compatible with each other. So they released a pretty big title update (for the time) at over 1GB.

    That's why the DLC's are only a few KB. Not because it's in the base game, but because it's in the title update.

    with burnout paradise being de-listed, does that mean their servers are now also offline with discontinued online achievements?

    Thunder Wolves was on my wishlist and I was surprised when it was delisted without further notice. I am glad its back on XBLA, will get it this weekend clap.

    It's an ace game.

    Downsides? Some races can be a PITA to know which route to take as there are no on-road indicators and map reading at 200kmph while in combative racing is hard. Also, without a 360 (and Vison Cam) you can't 1000g it - because of the need to have the vision cam to send screenshots.
