Hi
Now that a gamer's card pops up when you hover over their name, it is really easy to inadvertently send someone a friend request when you are trying to open their blog. Try it!

It wouldn't be so bad, but I don't think that there's anyway to cancel a friend request once sent - so unless you are the kind of person that wants to befriend every random stranger you meet online - this can be a little tiresome.

I've done it twice already...

Maybe it's just me.

But, if this possibility is going to remain, can we at least have the ability to cancel these accidental demonstrations of friendship and understanding?

Thanks

PS - it seems that the gamer's card pops up irrespective of whether you hover over their gamertag or the title of the blog, which I think is what is causing the issue

I totally feel you, since it happened to me once...

How about switch places between Message and Add Friend.

You can delete friend requests you didn't mean to send. Go to Edit My Friends and change the Friends Group to * Unhandled Invites * from there you can delete the ones you sent by accident.

However that doesn't delete the automated PM that is sent to the user.
