Is there a way to load a world that I have created on the Xbox One, and have both platforms sync with each other so I can play at work, then go home and play on the same world there?

Sorry if this has already been answered, I tired searching.

Thanks.

No. You can join the world on your Xbox from your phone if your playing on both simultaneously. Or you could create a realm, which can be accessed from anywhere, but I believe it is a monthly fee.
Game On.

How? I tried joining my xbox one world from my tablet version and kept getting errors.

Make sure you are running the same version on both devices. Make sure you’re playing the new Xbox One game (now just called “Minecraft) and not the old “Xbox One version.”

Should just load up a world on one, and go to the friends tab on the other and join.
Game On.
