7. A World of Keflings The Curse of the Zombiesaurus DLCUpdate notes

To start this DLC, select New Game from the Main Menu and scroll Left or Right to find it

The Achievements for this DLC are as follows:

After the opening cutscene you are given control of your Avatar, and your first task is to talk to Grave Keeper Wilheim. Grave Keeper Wilheim tasks you with collecting 10x Bones from the Graves, which are scattered numerously around your starting location. Once you have dug up 10 Bones, take them and places them inside Grave Keeper Wilheims Workshop to unlock a new Emote and see another cutscene. After the cutscene, you are given the Cackling Skull Blueprint. Next, speak to Count Kefula and he tasks your with building and activating a Crypt. So... Lets get building!

To build the crypt, we need the following Components:

  • 1x Comfy Coffin
  • 1x Spider Closet
  • 1x Cellar Door
  • 1x Spiral Staircase

This requires the following resources:

  • 7x Deadwood
  • 7x Brimstone
  • 8x Bone

ount Kefula also gives you 1x Undead Love, which is needed to activate the Crypt. Once activated, you will receive 2 more Spooklings to work for you. Next you have to build the Cackling Skull.

The components are:

  • 2x Comfy Coffin
  • 3x Spider Closet
  • 1x Belfry
  • 2x Cellar Door
  • 1x Spiral Staircase
  • 1x Spooky Portal

Requiring:

  • 17x Bone
  • 19x Deadwood
  • 17x Brimstone

Once construction is complete, Speak to Count Kefula. He asks you to take a Bone Stockpile to the Cackling Skull. Doing so transforms the Bones into Funny Bones, which in turn should be moved into Grave Keeper Wilheims Workshop (you may need to construct another Crypt if you are short on workers). From your starting position you can find some Undead Love directly N among some trees, and slightly S/SW from your starting position you can find what looks to be a Statue/Crypt with Skull and Wings for the side of the Crypt.

Afterwards, speak to Doug and the Witch gives you the Cornfield Blueprint and 1x Pumpkin. To build the Cornfield, you require:

  • 1x Comfy Coffin
  • 1x Spider Closet
  • 1x Belfry
  • 1x Secret Passageway
  • 1x Cellar Door
  • 1x Spiral Staircase

Which in turn requires:

  • 10x Deadwood
  • 12x Brimstone
  • 8x Bone
  • 5x Funny Bone

Once you have finished constructing the Cornfields, grab the Pumpkin and add it to activate the building. Upon doing so you will see another cutscene and after it finishes you will unlock:

Awesome! One down, two to go!

Next, talk to Doug and Count Kefula tasks you with destroying the Gnawed Monster Bones. This is located to the E of the starting area, and heading slightly S. You will see a large pile of Bones, this is what you need to break, so hammer X until they are demolished. Following the cutscene, you will unlock the Blueprint for Monstrous Bone. But your task is to dig up Bones from the 5 marked Bone Piles. This shouldnt be too hard as each Bone pile has a green cloud coming from it, this is Wilheims "Special Scent!" Once you dig up the last one, you see a cutscene and receive a Gorilla Suit. Next speak to Count Kefula and after the cutscene, you are given the Catatonic University Blueprint.

To construct a Catatonic University, you need:

  • 2x Candelabra
  • 2x Spider Closet
  • 2x Belfry
  • 2x Secret Passageway
  • 1x Cellar Door
  • 2x Spiral Staircase

Which tallies these resources:

  • 21x Deadwood
  • 20x Brimstone
  • 14x Bone
  • 18x Funny Bone

Once constructed, you need to locate the keflonomicon. It should be located on the W side of the area where you dig up Wilheims "Special Scent" Bones. Add it to the Catatonic University to activate it, and you will see another cutscene. Afterwards, you are given the Supple-Slug Shampoo, and your next task is to talk to the Witch. She gives you the Blueprints to the Caroling Slug.

The Caroling Slug requires:

  • 1x Candelabra
  • 2x Spider Closet
  • 2x Belfry
  • 2x Secret Passageway
  • 1x Cellar Door
  • 2x Spiral Staircase
  • 1x Spooky Portal

which is this amount of resources:

  • 17x Deadwood
  • 23x Brimstone
  • 16x Bone
  • 14x Funny Bone

After construction is complete, you see a cutscene, and your tasked with giving a Caroling Slug some Supple-Slug Shampoo. Once you do this there is another cutscene. Afterwards, talk to Doug and your tasked with finding the Mystery Blueprint. It is located pretty much directly S of the starting position, just after a triangle shape in the ground and is called the Engraver Blueprint. Pick it up to see a cutscene, and after you are given another Supple-Slug Shampoo.

To construct the Engraver, you need:

  • 1x Comfy Coffin
  • 2x Candelabra
  • 1x Spider Closet
  • 2x Belfry
  • 2x Secret Passageway
  • 1x Cellar Door
  • 2x Spiral Staircase
  • 1x Spooky Portal

your resource totals must be a minimum of:

  • 21x Deadwood
  • 23x Brimstone
  • 14x Bone
  • 18x Funny Bone

After you finish construction you need to add a Spookling that has been to the University. After the Engraver has been activated, talk to Doug, and after the cutscene Count Kefula will give you the Blueprint for the Laboratorium and an Undead Love.

The Laboratorium is built from:

  • 1x Comfy Coffin
  • 2x Candelabra
  • 2x Spider Closet
  • 2x Belfry
  • 3x Secret Passageway
  • 2x Cellar Door
  • 1x Spooky Portal

which amounts to these resources:

  • 26x Deadwood
  • 23x Brimstone
  • 11x Bone
  • 23x Funny Bone

Once built, add a Spookling from the University to activate the building, the talk to the Witch. She tasks you with chasing and catching the Mysterious Eye. The Eye starts pretty much at your starting point, and every time you try to grab it, it moves to a new location. Keep following and grabbing until you finally get a cutscene, and afterwards, you unlock a new Emote and then you are tasked with talking to Werewolf Wilheim. After speaking to Wilheim, you are given the Blueprints to the Pumpkin Patch. To build a Pumpkin Patch you need:

  • 2x Candelabra
  • 2x Spider Closet
  • 2x Belfry
  • 1x Secret Passageway
  • 1x Spiral Staircase
  • 1x Spooky Portal

Which requires a minimum resource total of:

  • 13x Funny Bone
  • 12x Bone
  • 14x Brimstone
  • 18x Deadwood

After construction is complete, grab the worker with a pumpkin for a head, you will be taken to a cutscene. Afterwards, talk to Wilheim again to be tasked with taking the Franken-Builder to the Laboratorium. Once this is done, you see another cutscene, and after that you pop your next Achievement:

You also now have the Franken-Builder as a extra team member, and he gives you a Supple-Slug Shampoo for your troubles. Now its time to talk to Brodie and you get tasked from the Witch with building the Toil-n-Trouble EX20. Pick up the Blueprints and start your build, you will need:

  • 2x Candelabra
  • 1x Spider Closet
  • 3x Belfry
  • 2x Secret Passageway
  • 1x Cellar Door
  • 1x Spiral Staircase
  • 1x Spooky Portal

Which equals:

  • 18x Funny Bone
  • 9x Bone
  • 23x Brimstone
  • 22x Deadwood

After construction, talk to Count Kefula and you will receive the Bone Bridge Blueprints.

Constructing this requires:

  • 2x Examination Slab
  • 4x Candelabra

Total resources:

  • 22x Funny Bone
  • 16x Deadwood
  • 16x Jack O Lantern

If you find yourself short on Jack O Lanterns, just grab the Pumpkin-headed Spookling and repeatdely place him inside the Pumpkin Patch. To gain access to all of the areas required to kick the Ghosts, you need to build a minimum of 2 Bridges. For both Bridges you need:

  • 4x Examination Slab
  • 8x Candelabra

Which is:

  • 44x Funny Bone
  • 32x Deadwood
  • 32x Jack O Lantern

Once all Ghosts have been kicked, you are taken to a cutscene and receive Kefulas Cape afterwards. Now it is time to talk to Franken-Builder. Afterwards you are given the Cemetary Gates Blueprints. To build the Cemetary Gates, you will need:

  • 2x Lightening Rod
  • 2x Clock Tower

Which equals:

  • 6x Spirit
  • 16x Wrought Iron
  • 12x Funny Bone

Spirit can be collected from sucking up the Ghosts that are floating around, and Wrought Iron can be made by taking Brimstone to the Toil-n-Trouble EX20. You must also build 13 Cemetary Fences to fully complete the task, this requires:

  • 39x Wrougt Iron
  • 26x Deadwood

They can be made at the Engravers. Next, a Scavenger Hunt! First you have to pick up something White that Spooklings carry around, so pick up some Bones. Next, chop something with a spooky face that isnt a Pumpkin, chop a Spooky Tree. Lastly, push a building a Dog would live in, push Wilheims Workshop. You will see another cutscene. Now you need to talk to Count Kefula, and you will receive Count Kefulas Castle Blueprint. To construct this you will need:

  • 1x Comfy Coffin
  • 2x Candelabra
  • 2x Belfry
  • 2x Secret Passageway
  • 2x Spiral Staircase
  • 2x Webbed Willow
  • 1x Lightening Rod
  • 2x Dusty Library
  • 2x Clock Tower
  • 2x Potion Cupboard
  • 3x Moving Portrait

Which grand totals:

  • 31x Spirit
  • 18x Wrought Iron
  • 12x Jack O Lantern
  • 50x Funny Bone
  • 24x Deadwood
  • 16x Brimstone
  • 9x Bone

Once you finish this mammoth construction job, talk to Franken-Builder. Your next task is to now find and pick up the Monster Maker Blueprint. From the starting position on the Map, head to the furthest SE point of the Map to find the Blueprint. Pick it up to start constructing, this requires:

  • 1x Candelabra
  • 1x Cellar Door
  • 1x Spiral Staircase
  • 3x Lightening Rod
  • 1x Examination Slab
  • 1x Dusty Library
  • 1x Clock Tower
  • 1x Potion Cupboard
  • 2x Moving Portrait
  • 1x Kefulas Cape
  • 1x Gorilla Suit
  • 1x Spare Brain
  • 1x Toadstool Ointment

This translates to :

  • 30x Spirit
  • 19x Wrought Iron
  • 14x Jack O Lantern
  • 30x Funny Bone
  • 7x Deadwood
  • 6x Brimstone
  • 4x Bone

When construction is complete, tak to Franken-Builder. You are now tasked with firstly scaring 10 Spooklings and breaking 4 Belfrys. First off, break the Belfrys and then scare the Spooklings. You can scare the spooklings using the scare Emote one the D-Pad. After that is done, you see a cutscene, and afterwards you unlock your final Acheivement:
