8. Assetto Corsa Novice & Intermediate Series

First we start off with ‘Novice Series 1’. You’ll be driving some very dull cars in this series, namely the Abarth 500 EsseEsse around the Vallelunga - Club circuit and the Alfa Romeo Giulietta QV around Magione, with a Time Attack and a race with each vehicle, but round things off with a simple Time Attack driving the BMW M3 E30 Step 1. The requirements to complete this series are 3 bronze medals, however you will need to get 5 gold medals for a later achievement. After you complete the first 3 events with gold medals you should get the following:

Complete the remaining events in Novice Series 1 and you should have 5/5 events completed with 5 gold medals.

We then move onto Novice Series 2. There are 6 events in this series, all of which involve driving various BMWs at different configurations of the Nurburgring. Not much to say here other than to complete all the races in first place and get the required points in the Time Attack events for the gold medal. Just be sure to glance at your minimap while driving to see what configuration of the track you’re driving, just to make sure you’re not caught out. After winning each event, you should have 6/6 events complete with 6 gold medals, bringing your total medals to 11 gold medals.

Now we move onto Novice Series 3. In this series you will be driving just the KTM X-Bow R. There is one Time Attack event at Imola and 4 race events at Imola, Vallelunga, Nurburgring - Sprint, and Imola again. Completing all 5 events with the gold medal will bring your total to 16 gold medals.

And finally onto Novice Series 4, which is the final one in the Novice series. You’ll be driving a variety of different Lotuses in this series. Be sure to complete all 7 events with gold medals to bring your total to 23 gold medals. You should however unlock the following achievement after completing 4 of the events in this series:
