Breach - Walkthrough overviewUpdate notes

In Breach all of the achievements can come naturally during regular game-play. However, they can also be boosted.

There are 3 types of achievements in breach.

1) Weapon kills

2) Levelling up

3) Miscellaneous (There is only one it it is very hard to get normally)

The weapon kills and levels should come side by side.

It is also worth noting that this game is online only. If the servers were ever to go down, all of the achievements would then become unobtainable.

Breach - General hints and tips

Boosting:

If you wish to boost the achievements, you will only need one other person. However, you can have more people if you are going for weapon kills.

When setting up a game (must be public), make it so that it is a 4-player game, so there is less chance of random players joining. Also, set the game to Hardcore, as very few people play with this setting. You will want to play Retrieval mode on any map (Peak is the smallest), and then either boost the kills or carry the bomb to the site for XP.

If you are an operative, you can have a perk called "The Badass", which gives you double XP.

Boosting will take around 8 hours per person, so while one person is obtaining the achievements, the other person can just walk away and leave their controller plugged in.

To unlock the "Recon Class", you need to get 5000XP with the "Rifleman Class" and the "Sniper Class", so whilst carrying the bomb, try to use these two classes.

Playing normally:

The way that XP works on this game is weird. It is not like most games. The XP that you earn is dependant upon your opponent's level. If your opponent are a higher level, you will get 12-50 XP. Alternatively, if they are a lower level, you will get around 2 XP.

Breach - Story walkthrough

The first thing that you will want to do will be the kills.

It doesn't matter which class you use first, just get 100 kills with each. Unless you boost, there is no easy way to do these.

From this points onwards, the fastest way to obtain the remaining achievements is by boosting. Make sure you have the "badass" perk on to keep getting double XP. What you will want to do is just keep planting the bomb and killing you're boosting partner(s) when you see them.

It shouldn't take too long for you to unlock two more XP related achievements:

Specialist

Lieutenant

The two remaining achievements for levelling up will take another 5 hours of boosting (or another 40 hours if playing normally, depending on your skill). Eventually you will unlock the remaining XP related achievements:

Once you have all XP related achievements, you are left with just one last achievement!

King Crusher

The odds of doing this in a normal online game are very slim, but there is an 'easier' way of doing it. Find a house that has a wooden balcony and wait for someone to stand below it (or ask them to do so still boosting). Now quickly shoot the 2-4 wooden legs that is keeping the balcony standing. The balcony should fall and kill the person standing underneath. Rinse and Repeat 29 more times.

You now have 200/200 on Breach!
