This game will require two play throughs to get all the achievements, one in the normal game, and the second one with the documentary comments.
For now, just start the game in the normal mode.
Chapter 1
Hit the start and chose the only available chapter, the lighthouse.
2% Seanchaidh
Turn to your right and walk towards the lighthouse. Turn left and you will see two paths, one towards the sea and the other going up. Take the path to the right.
Eventually you will find this landfall, just walk over the right to avoid falling down and keep moving forward.
A few more steps ahead you will get a new voice-over
5% Seanchaidh
Keep moving forwards until you reach a landfall, this time go down in direction to the beach
Since we are here, walk in the direction of the ocean until you fade out. A few moments after the screen goes black you'll hear "Come back", and you will earn this achievement.
You will respawn looking at the beach, with a staircase to the right. Go forward this time.
Once we reach the staircase, keep going forward on this path.
8% Seanchaidh
Keep going and you will find a drawing on the sand, ahead of that there will be another path where you can go forward.
Keep going along the path.
11% Seanchaidh
Now turn back and head towards the staircases over the beach. As you go up, the staircase will end and the path will make a 180° turn, so follow it in that direction now.
As you follow the path you might see a red light on the distance, keep going.
14% Seanchaidh
17% Seanchaidh
So, after a few more steps ahead, the path will turn to the right, but just keep going forward instead to fall off the cliff and earn this achievement.
Once again, we will now respawn looking at the path we had to follow.
Then we will reach this rock. Go to the left of it until you reach the edge of the mountain.
20% Seanchaidh
As you keep going the paths will meet again, go in this direction, and eventually you will reach the bottom of the mountain.
23% Seanchaidh
As you keep on the path it will guide you towards a cave, so go inside it.
26% Seanchaidh
Once you get the voice-over, turn around and follow the path on the right side.
Keep going and eventually you will find the last voice-over on this chapter.
29% Seanchaidh
As you go ahead you will find this rock formation which we will use as a reference point.
Go to the largest rock from the path you came from, then turn to your right and go in that direction until you find the first urn.
25% Tuir
Head back to the rock and go forward (from the path you started from).
Keep ahead and you will eventually fall down.
You will then earn this achievement for finishing the chapter.
Chapter 2
32% Seanchaidh
So, go ahead until you find the point where the path splits in two different directions. Go to the left first.
Keep going on the path.
35% Seanchaidh
If you go forward and then turn back at this point, you will see a new path that goes back towards the wrecked ship.
Walk towards the ship.
Going right from here you will see a open container. Go inside and then forward where you will find a new path.
Once you reach that path, turn left and walk to the end.
38% Seanchaidh
Turn back and follow the path up.
41% Seanchaidh
As you head forward, the path will split in two directions.. Take the right path and you will find a little black hole on the ground. You can get in for fun if you want, but there's no achievement this time.
44% Seanchaidh
Go back and take the other path now, eventually you will find a house over the hill.
Take the right path.
47% Seanchaidh
Turn back and take the left path now.
50% Seanchaidh
Keep going until you are in front of the house.
Go inside, then make your way around the table and go out again.
52% Seanchaidh
When you reach the other side of the house, turn right, and then follow the path that turns downwards to the left.
Follow the path, but be cautious because you could fall down.
55% Seanchaidh
Keep going on that path and it will become a staircase. You will reach a point were the staircase turns and a voice-over triggers, this will be our new reference point.
58% Seanchaidh
Instead of going down the path, go up onto the grass and rocks, eventually you will find a new path going towards the sea.
Follow the path down and to your right it will be the second urn.
50% Tuir
Go back and now follow the path of the staircase we skipped on our reference point.
As we go on that path, we will eventually reach a cave, triggering our last voice-over in this chapter.
61% Seanchaidh
Head inside the cave on the left side and you will fall in a hole. You will earn this achievement for finishing the chapter.
Chapter 3
64% Seanchaidh
Now we start the best looking chapter in my opinion so, take your time to look everything in detail if you like. Done that? Head over to the glowing light ahead of you. Keep on the path and you will see a cave behind it.
As you go forward you will now see a red glowing light nearby.
64% Seanchaidh (don't know why it's still 64%)
Now, from were you are turn back and you will see the path were you came from and a new one on the right, take the right one.
You will find a dead end with a pond at the bottom, so embrace your inner assassin and make a faith jump into it. Now go up or forward in the direction of the blue glowing light.
Keep going on the path until you see a small waterfall on your right.
From there you will turn left, and you need to walk all around the place until you reach the red glowing light. Be careful because if you fall you will need to re-do this whole part again.
Follow this cave until you reach the other side.
67% Seanchaidh
Walk over the bridge in front of you. As you walk by, you will see a small beach on your right side. head over there when you cross the bridge.
On the left side of this beach you will find the third urn.
75% Tuir
Head back to the bridge you came from but don't cross back. Now take the right path going up.
When you reach the cave with the glowing mushrooms you will have two options.
Take the right path and trigger the last voice-over in this chapter
70% Seanchaidh
Avoid this pond and walk in direction of the red glowing light.
{I'm not putting a picture of this cave, cause it's freaking awesome, and you need to see it on your own}
As you can only go straight forward you can't get lost on that part. You will reach a pond where we need get into a hole underwater.
When you reach the other side, you will see a waterfall again.
Get in the rabbit hole, and you will wake up on a highway. Approach the car lights and go forward from that point.
You will land at the bottom of a pond. Go out and follow the light in the distance.
You will then earn this achievement for finishing the chapter.
EstherFinish Chapter 'The Caves'
Chapter 4
Once you reach the red light, you will see two paths. Since this place is a little messy with the voice-over locations, we will stick to one route and then track back for the missing ones as we approach them.
First, take the left path.
73% Seanchaidh
Now follow the path that leads to the red glowing light
As you go forward you will see a clearing. Before we get any further, turn to your right and climb up the mountain You want to reach those glowing lights in front of you.
As you approach the light a voice-over will trigger a few seconds away.
76% Seanchaidh
Tturn back and we will go down through this lane to get our last urn.
If you've uncovered all the urns in the walkthrough, you will earn this achievement.
Now from that point walk towards the glowing light at the distance on your right.
Follow the path along the caves and keep going.
79% Seanchaidh
Still keep walking down the path.
82% Seanchaidh
As you continue, you will find a sort of dock with a concrete floor.
If you you go in the direction of the dock you will see some Easter eggs, but nothing relevant to any achievements, so take the staircase on your right and go up instead.
85% Seanchaidh
Keep going forward along your path.
88% Seanchaidh
Follow the path onwards.
91% Seanchaidh
Eventually, you will reach a point where the path splits. Choose the right path and walk up.
94% Seanchaidh
Make your way to this gate.
Next, make your way to the top of the stairs and keep going.
97% Seanchaidh
Once you reach the top, the last voice-over will trigger.
If you've triggered them all, you will receive this achievement.
Now, go up the last staircase and finish this chapter. After the credits start, you will receive this achievement.
PaulFinish Chapter 'The Beacon'
You should also have unlocked this achievement too.
If not, don't worry, you still have one more play through to do.
Director's Commentary
Since the credits must still be playing, press 
and go back to the menu.
Chose new game and this time select the commentary option.
This time, all the voice-overs will have a icon on the screen so they are easy to spot
So, replay this Walkthrough again from the start, and you will find them easily as you go by.
