All of the Cluedo / Clue achievements can be done with two controllers. Return to the main menu to add another controller. To ensure that you win, make sure that all clues have been checked off by at least one player before making the final accusation. When beginning either game, select 'No' when asked whether you wish to play with Computer Players.
Select 'Original' game and 'Quick' game. To begin with, avoid all ' ? ' squares with your main account. Landing on these gives you a mini-game, which can earn rumour points. Land on these with your second account. Press Y on both accounts to view the Clue Sheets. You can eliminate the majority of the clues straight away by looking at both account's Clue Sheets.
You should aim to interrogate at least two characters with your main account, so walk in to rooms with characters in.
Gain 2 extra clues from CLUE™/CLUEDO characters in one game of original CLUE™/CLUEDO.
Once you have entered two different rooms to interrogate characters, you will unlock the "People Person" achievement.
Continue to land on ' ? ' squares with your second account. After collecting six rumour points, that account can start a rumour. Select the various Rooms, Weapons and Suspects and press start to start a rumour. Once the second account's character has run to that room to start the rumour, press A to show the results. These clues will be marked with either a cross or a tick, updating the Clue Sheet. Continue to do this, until you have all three clues marked with a tick on your second account.
Now fill up your rumour bar with your main account's character by landing on the ' ? ' squares. Occasionally, you will be faced with one of three mini-games; Case Notes, Fingerprint Analysis and Scene Sweep. If you can get a maximum score on any mini-game, you will earn three rumour points.
By obtaining three rumour points from one mini-game, you will also unlock the "An Eye For Detail" achievement.
Once you have filled up the rumour bar with your main account, start a rumour using just two of the three correct clues, remembering them from your second account's clue sheet. Now make your way to the Pool to make your accusation.
If you are correct with your accusations, you win the game, unlocking the "Elementary" achievement.
Win a game of CLUE™/CLUEDO with only 2 items identified on your clue sheet.
Providing you only had two clues marked with ticks on your clue sheet when you won, you will also unlock the "Clued Up" achievement.
To win the remaining 9 games of Original Cluedo / Clue, you should continue to play 'Quick' games. However, this time, there is little need to enter rooms to interrogate characters, and you should aim for ' ? ' squares at every opportunity.
Once you have won 10 games of Original Cluedo / Clue, you will unlock the "Scotland Yard's Finest" achievement.
Select 'Remix' game. This game mode adds an event dice before every roll. There are five different events from this event dice, but apart from this, the gameplay is essentially the same. As before, play with no computer players and choose 'Quick' game.
Aim to move the second account in to any room at any given opportunity. Once the second player is in a room, aim to lock that room with your main account by using the 'Keys to the Mansion!' event.
After locking a player in a room, you will unlock the "Master Of The Mansion" achievement.
Crime Scene Inspection! - A random room is eliminated from the investigation.
Critical Evidence! - Gives the player a full rumour bar.
Keys to the Mansion! - Gives the player the chance to close a room for 2 turns.
Lights Out! - A random character/player is attacked by the murderer.
Pool Party! - The board is reset. All players meet at the pool party.
Once you have rolled all events with your main account, you will unlock the "Well Rounded Detective" achievement.
Now continue to start rumours until you have three clues marked with ticks across both Clue Sheets. Now make your way to the Pool and make the accusation.
You will unlock the "Law Bringer" achievement for winning a game of Remix Cluedo / Clue.
