Part 7

All Part 7 characters will cause three pieces of the Holy Corpse to appear on the field. Crouch down to pick them up to gain buffs.

Johnny Joestar vs. Gyro Zeppeli

1-round battle. (500G)

  1. Land a 5 hit combo (1000G): Use your Easy Beat combo while on your horse (cn_RB).

This is a very easy panel that deserves no support effects.

Diego Brando vs. DIO

Opponent's health continuously refills. (1000G)

  1. Land the First Attack (1000G): Hit DIO before he hits you at the start of any round.
  2. Land the "Useless, useless!" skill (250G): Perform a Z-shape and press any attack button. First Time Clear: [2D Art] Diego Brando Publicity Artwork
  3. Land the "USHAAAAAAAA!" skill (500G): Perform your HHA, then perform a QCF with any attack button once transformed. First Time Clear: [Color Tint] Diego Color Tint C

Consider using Thankful Death for this fight. DIO is pretty rough here, especially when you're trying to set up for the third secret mission.

Johnny Joestar vs. F.F.

Opponent's HH Gauge continuously refills. (1000G)

  1. Bring the "Holy Corpse" style to Level 3 (1000G): Hold all three pieces of the Holy Corpse at once. Crouch down to pick one up and try not to get hit too hard.
  2. Land a counterattack (250G): Attack F.F. right before they attack you. First Time Clear: [2D Art] Slow Dancer Reference Sketch
  3. Land a GHA (500G): Save up HH Gauge and use your GHA when the time is right. First Time Clear: [Color Tint] Johnny Color Tint D

It is unusually difficult to land Johnny's GHA - he must shoot from the top of his horse and the bullet will only hit F.F. if they're jumping or are far enough away for the bullet to start descending. Pay for Keep Tapping With Arts & Crafts Finger for the GHA, and pay for Get Comfy With Pole Jam just so you can pick up the Corpse Pieces without losing a bunch of health.

Gyro Zeppeli vs. Funny Valentine

Player's health continuously drains. Player's HH Gauge continuously refills. Player's attack increased. (700G)

  1. Land the First Attack (1000G): At the start of any round, hit Valentine before he hits you.
  2. Attack the opponent's Stand (250G): Just hit D4C when it's out. First Time Clear: [2D Art] Ball Breaker Publicity Artwork
  3. Land an HHA (500G): Use your HHA and hit Valentine with it. First Time Clear: [3D Models] Ball Breaker

Not a particularly notable panel. It's not worth using support effects for this.

Johnny Joestar vs. Ghiaccio

Player's defense increaed. (1000G)

  1. Land a Stylish Evade (1000G): Block right when Ghiaccio is attacking you.
  2. Land a 30 hit combo (250G): Use your GHA on Ghiaccio. First Time Clear: [2D Art] Tusk Act 1 Publicity Artwork
  3. Land a GHA (500G): Using Johnny's GHA is annoying, but you're gonna have to do it for this mission. Try to do it from a distance. First Time Clear: [Color Tint] Johnny Color Tint C

Pay for Keep Tapping With Arts & Crafts' Finger if you're going for the secret missions.

Johnny Joestar vs. Diego Brando

Diego starts in Frightening Monsters state (does not return to normal). Player's attack increased. Player's Assist attack increased. (700G)

  1. Win without losing any rounds (1000G): Just don't lose any rounds. It shouldn't be that hard for this battle.
  2. Land the "I'll call them Tusks!" skill (250G): Before using any HHAs or GHAs, perform a QCF and press any attack button. First Time Clear: [2D Art] Johnny Joestar Publicity Artwork
  3. Call 3 Assists in a single round (500G): Call for Gyro twice normally and once after you've been downed. First Time Clear: [Music] Hungry!

Since you're buffed, you shouldn't need to pay for any support effects here.

Gyro Zeppeli vs. Will A. Zeppeli

Opponent's Hamon damage increased. Opponent's defense increased. (1500G)

  1. Land a counterattack (1000G): Hit Will right before he hits you.
  2. Land a 10 hit combo (250G): Use your GHA on him. First Time Clear: [2D Art] Gyro Zeppeli (Mounted) Publicity Artwork
  3. Land an HHA (500G): Just get your HHA to connect once at some point. First Time Clear: [Music] GO! GO! ZEPPELI

A four star fight? With those special missions? That screams Arts & Crafts' support effect.

Johnny Joestar vs. Funny Valentine

Valentine starts with 3 corpse parts. Opponent's HH Gauge continuously refills. (1500G)

  1. Win without losing any rounds (1000G): Use support effects (some are recommended below) to help not lose any rounds.
  2. Land a 10 hit combo (250G): Land your GHA. First Time Clear: [2D Art] Tusk Act 4 Publicity Artwork
  3. Land the "I'll call them Tusks!" skill (500G): Without evolving Tusk (using an HHA or GHA), perform a QCF and press any attack button. First Time Clear: [Music] Tusk

Pay for Boys Man Man Steals the Advantage and Keep Tapping With Arts & Crafts' Finger. This will prevent Valentine from hitting you hard whilst allowing you to hit him hard more often.
