MXGP3 – The Official Motocross Videogame Walkthrough

1. Walkthrough overview

Hello everyone, I'm Yinga Garten and this is the walkthrough for MXGP3 - The Official Motocross Videogame. Developed by Milestone and published by Square Enix, MXGP3 is the third installment in the series, based on the FIM Motocross World Championship. For those who don't know going into this, motocross is basically off-road motorbike racing that is usually held on enclosed off-road circuits. If you've played a racing game by Milestone before (they have numerous ongoing franchises and put out several games a year) you'll know what to expect, a no-thrills but ultimately serviceable racing experience. With 18 courses in locations around the world, racing fans will likely be satisfied with the game.

In regards to the completion, this game is incredibly simple and should take between 12 to 15 hours to complete. Don't be fooled by the ratio, as with MotoGP 17 (another Milestone developed game), MXGP3 is on Game Pass, which has led to the significant inflation of the game's ratio. Thankfully there are no online achievements, all of your achievement hunting time will be spent in single player. The majority of this will be spent in career mode, where you'll need to do two seasons (one in MX2 and another in MXGP) to obtain the relevant achievements for that mode. This will then be followed up by using a few of the other modes for the final lot of achievements and to mop-up any others that haven't yet been obtained through career mode. Once you get into the swing of it the races will become routine, but hopefully this walkthrough will lay out a path which will shave a couple of hours off the completion time.
