I normally dont write reviews very often by any means. But i feel i must here. The game we are talking about in the new installment to the nascar series. NTG: Inside Line.

Career Mode: The career mode is somewhat of a disappointment as there are no nationwide series or truck series to choose from. You start off by picking your name, number, and car maker. You also start off with a horrendous looking sprint sponsor paint scheme (which doesn't exist). You then start off with a certain amount of credits given to where, later on, you can earn more money to purchase car upgrades. All 36 races are included in the schedule for the career mode. 5/10

Gameplay: The single player gameplay is pretty good except the AI always run the same line on the straightaway and turns. Making passing or even the occasional bump and run difficult. However the crashes that do occur are very realistic. 9/10

Soundtrack: It all depends on the type of music you like. There aren't really that many songs to choose from which doesn't make it very diverse.5/10

Cars: Almost everybody that raced the full 2012 season is in the game except for Stephen Leicht, Scott Riggs, and David Reutimann.
    9/10
    ONLINE

Online Gameplay: The part that most people play xbox games for.
The online for this game is flat out atrocious at best. There are a multitude of problems at the minimum. The searching is bad when you go to quick match and search under any tracks. It usually puts you in your own lobby or with only one other person. However at other times it will put you in a full lobby. Also, the mass bootings are a huge problem. You will sometimes have to sit for about 10 minutes or longer and then when the race is about to start it will, in turn, kick you back to the search screen and will say you lost connection to the host. For example, if a lobby has 16 people and the race starts, usually a lot of them get kicked. Also, the mass bootings usually occur under a caution. If anybody pits or fake pits, usually a chunk of the room gets kicked. The starts and restarts also feature a tremendous amount of lag and the core racing itself features laggy cars and people that will sometimes fly around. This leads me to give the multiplayer a 1/10.

Overall I would rate this game a 2.5-3.0/5. Unless the multiplayer gets patched then this is a game I would not suggest buying.
