So what happens in that case. Would it be possible to assign someone else to do it? I am about to start this game, and I am interested in writing a walkthrough for it.

In this case, I will go ahead and contact the Owner to ask if they are still interested in writing the Walkthrough. If I don't get a response or if they are no longer interested, I can go ahead and assign you as the new Owner.
