Rare Replay Walkthrough

23. 360 & XBLA Games

Each of the 360 and XBLA games have milestones based on the amount of Gamerscore unlocked. This section will not be a guide for each game, simply a list of requirements. Check the TA page for each individual game mentioned here for a walkthrough for that particular game.

Banjo Kazooie (1998)

To unlock all of the Milestones you will need to earn at least 150 gamerscore in this game. As a big chunk of the score is all end-game related you don't really have any choice here but to try finish it properly. The walkthrough can be found here:

Perfect Dark (2000)

Image 1

To unlock all of the Milestones you will need to earn at least 150 gamerscore in this game. The last 4 achievements make this game hard (Them being "Special Agent", Prime Target", Perfect Agent" and "Crowning Glory"). Fortunately, they're worth 50GS combined so if you're only here for the stamps don't bother with them! The walkthrough can be found here:

Perfect Dark Walkthrough

Banjo-Tooie (2000)

To unlock all of the Milestones you will need to earn at least 150 gamerscore in this game. Much like the first one the achievements here are quite linear to the story, so just keep going until you have your stamps. The walkthrough can be found here:

Kameo: Elements of Power (2005)

Image 1

To unlock all of the Milestones you will need to earn at least 750 gamerscore in this game. 650GS comes from the story, 50GS from some co-op stuff and the last 300GS from the score attack mode. I personally suggest completing the campaign as you would, then getting the last leap using score attack (And if you're lucky enough to have a friend, doing the co-op means one less score attack!). The walkthrough can be found here:

Perfect Dark Zero (2005)

Image 1

To unlock all of the Milestones you will need to earn at least 750 gamerscore in this game. There is no easy route with this game, it will be a grind. 720GS is gained via the multiplayer, which is just bot-grinding. Not hard at all, you'll just need a lot of patience. The more of the campaign you complete on respective difficulties, the less you will have to grind. I don't think the campaign is that hard once you get used to the play style, so I believe you could do it, but which direction you choose to attack this is really up to you. The walkthrough can be found here:

Perfect Dark Zero Walkthrough

Viva Piñata (2006)

Image 1

To unlock all of the Milestones you will need to earn at least 750 gamerscore in this game. Although you can try as much as possible to affect the game, there is still RNG involved in finishing this game. I can't point out specific achievements here not to bother about, as something that will be the near last achievement for one player will be easy for another. The walkthrough can be found here:

Viva Piñata Walkthrough

Jetpac Refuelled (2007)

Image 1

To unlock all of the Milestones you will need to earn at least 150 gamerscore in this game. If you're just here to get your stamps, then the final complete the game achievement is obviously worth a miss. Otherwise I would recommend doing the co-op achievement and skipping the retro one (The co-op one takes a few minutes, so just set-up a session here on TA for a quick fix!). The walkthrough can be found here:

Jetpac Refuelled Walkthrough

Viva Piñata: Trouble In Paradise (2008)

Image 1

To unlock all of the Milestones you will need to earn at least 750 gamerscore in this game. Most of the achievements you could avoid here if you wanted to are all end-game, so there isn't much more advice I can give other than play the game! The walkthrough can be found here:

Viva Piñata: Trouble In Paradise Walkthrough

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts (2008)

Image 1

To unlock all of the Milestones you will need to earn at least 750 gamerscore in this game. The DLC here means you are only aiming for 750 of 1250, so if you're just after the stamps here you have plenty you can miss. The multiplayer achievements are quite quick to boost if you can catch/create a session here, but it isn't necessary at all. Otherwise it just comes down to playing the story until you hit that magic number, and with the great guides here that shouldn't be hard to do! The walkthrough can be found here:

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts Walkthrough

And that is all of the Milestones and Stamps from each of the external Rare Replay games.
