There are a few ways to use this guide. I've recorded a video below which shows all the choices, saves and steps you need to take to get to the 1000G. You can use this in conjunction with the text guide below or each on it's own.
Loading up the game for the first time you'll be asked to pick your save location and be given some detail on how the game saves work. Following this you'll unlock your first achievement for starting the game.
Now we need to set the configuration for the walkthrough which will allow you to skip the fastest. The images for adjusting this are below:
We can also grab some easy achievements by opening a few menus. For accessing the Extras menu and the TIPS menu you unlock the following:
Now go back to the main menu and select 'New Game'.
Unlike the first game which was helpfully split into chapters denoting certain points, this game is much more free form confusing matters ever so slightly. While chapters do exist and in fact there are achievements for reaching them, they are nowhere near as long. Each 'Pause' is counted from the loaded save with the 'Pause 0' (Shown as P0) denoting the choice you should make upon loading the save. It should become clearer as you continue but if in doubt the use the video above.
To begin press 
to skip the opening cinematic and begin to skip with 
. You will eventually hit another cinematic which you skip before activating the skip again with and reaching your first 'Pause'.
Pause 1: At first we will be getting some easy achievements for messing around with our phone (In a very similar manner to the first game). Open your phone with 
. Select the first unopened message in your inbox (Which should automatically open) and unlock:
Make sure to open and 'read' all unopened messages in your inbox. You will know when you've done so when the envelope in the top left hand corner vanishes. You may be kicked out of your phone before you can finish so open the phone again to finish up.
Exit your phone with 
to advance the dialogue, however we'll be going back into the phone to unlock some straightforward achievements.
Firstly on your main phone menu select the Wrench, then the 1st, 1st, and 2nd options to unlock:
Now press twice, pick the 2nd option, select any option, then the 2nd option to unlock:
Once again press three times, select the Email icon, then the 2nd option to unlock:
With these achievements out of the way, the real skipping grind begins. Press now to until you reach:
Pause 2: At this pause you will automatically read the email dated 8/5 19:58.
At this stage, now you've seen the basics of how the game works, I'm going to purely list the pauses, what action you need to take along with the emails you should be reading and the option to select to reply (Or not in some cases). You will also see certain pauses state a 'HARD SAVE'. Make sure to make these saves in the matching save slot to prevent any confusion. I would use the final save slot as a space to save should you need to take a break.

Now you are approaching an odd part of the game that sets up the multiple branch points. You will be in the Future Lab looking at the microwave and sparks will be firing signalling an option to time travel. We won't be going anywhere so simply make a save at each pause so we can use this as a springboard later to other routes. At each pause you will have to manually move through the text until it allows you to skip. Just alternate between & until the skipping kicks in.

When you hit the credits you should be able to skip them with . This will trigger the following unlocks for your first ending and ignoring those emails previously:
IMPORTANT - You will now be given prompts which save the main game data. Make sure you pick the left option for both prompts. I will remind you to do this after every ending.
Having completed one ending we now have some additional menu options we can access for some easy achievements. Accessing the CG, Sound and Movie menus found in the Extra options gives the following:
Now load QUICK LOAD 3. This is a save automatically made by the game and is a nice and easy way of going back for all those emails we left earlier.

Phew. That's everything! If you didn't unlock the achievement for reading every single email you do have a lifeline. Load any save and pause. You can then select the option 'Mail List'. This menu shows all the emails in each path and also your completion percentage in the top right. You can scroll through the paths by pressing . Look for the menu not showing 100% and then scroll through to find the email with no picture. This is an unread email. Look for the root email by following the lines and then search through the guide to find a good save to load into the game and make the right selections.
Now access the TIPS menu and read every TIP. You have to actually select each TIP but it'll only take a minute. This unlocks:
