Welcome to the walkthrough for Steins;Gate 0! This is a much shorter visual novel than the other games in the series, which also excludes the dozens of restarts and loads that cause the other games to stretch on for over 10 hours.
Start off by going into "Config" in the main menu. For the first choice, select the 2nd option. Go into "Text" and put the sliders all the way up to Max. Save your changes and return to the main menu.
With those settings, just make sure you pay attention and follow the instructions in the guide.
Once your settings from the last page are properly configured, choose New Game. Begin to skip with 
until you see a cutscene and unlock:
Keep skipping until you reach 11/23. Once the text comes in, hit 
to bring up the phone. Go to "RINE" and select it, hitting 
to reply to the text. This will unlock:
Now re-load the quick save that was made before you answered the text and open the phone again. Open the "RINE" again and then close out of the phone and start skipping without replying to the message. Keep this up until you get to another cutscene and:
Continue to skip until you receive a phone call on 11/29, open the phone without taking the call and continue skipping. On 12/5 you will get another call, make sure to not answer this one as well. On 12/15, you will get a phone call again. Before doing anything make a save in SAVE 1. Ignore the call, bringing up the phone with after it disappears from the screen. Hit "OK" and continue until the cutscene, unlocking:
Keep skipping until you reach another cutscene, this will unlock:
You'll get another phone call at on 1/2, before doing anything make a save in SAVE 2. Ignore this call and continue skipping, ignoring the next call as well. This will take you to a cutscene where you will unlock:
Keep skipping, ignore all calls and texts until the credits roll. Once they do, you will unlock:
Now LOAD 2 and continue skipping until you reach the phone call. Answer it and go through the call, before going back to skipping. You'll be doing this for a while, until you get to 1/11. You'll get a text, so open up your RINE and answer it. Continue to skip until you reach 1/15. Once you do, make a new save in SAVE 3. Shortly after this you will get a call, answer it for a change of scenery as well as:
Skip until the end until you get to the credits and:
After the credits, LOAD 3. Reject the call this time, skipping until 1/15. Answer the text once that pops up. Keep skipping until the credits roll and you get:
After the credits, LOAD 1 and answer the call. Start skipping until you get the prompt to turn off your phone, this time choose the right option and decline to do so. Skip a little bit until you get a text on the screen looking at the 2 girls, pull out your phone and read the message. Now continue skipping until you get a text on 12/21. Take out your phone and read this one as well, skipping once again until another text on 12/24 to read. Read it and skip until the time travel scene occurs, where you will unlock:
Keep skipping until you get a text on 1/21, which you should answer. Skip until you reach 1/23, where you should make SAVE 4. Skip for a short time until you get prompted to make a phone call, which you should do. Keep skipping the texts until you reach another phone call, which you should answer. Keep skipping until you get a change of chapter screen and:
Keep skipping until you get a phone call on 6/25, which you need to answer. Very shortly after, you'll get another call to answer. After answering that call, keep skipping until you get a credits scene and:
LOAD 4 and skip until the phone call option, choose that one once again. Skip the texts and don't answer the next phone call, continuing to skip until the next chapter, granting you:
Keep skipping until the credits roll and you get:
Now at the main menu go into "Extra" and choose "CG Library". This will automatically unlock all of the following:
Move down to the "Sound" and "Movie" sections to unlock:
Now back into the Extra menu and choose "Clear List", unlocking:
Go back to "Extra" and select the "Tips List". You have to go through every tip on every page and select it with until it goes from green to white. After going through them all, you'll unlock:
