Reaffirming My Faith in the Xbox Live Community When Playing A Multiplayer Game
Let it first be noted that this is not a blog post written to create a big argument just me making clear that I never expected to see it happen again.
A long while ago for the majority of games I had given up playing the multiplayer in a lot of games due to the fact that it was just not worth my time having to play with people that were overly rude or disrespectful and loved to send message saying how bad I was at a game and while didn't i just quit instead of staying in the game till the very end.
This is part of the reason I joined TA so that I could find more like minded people that enjoyed to game as much as me while having a laugh and bit of banter anyway back on topic.
Yesterday I decided that i would attempt to get back into playing SFIV Arcade Edition by participating in ranked matches against random players.
So I started a game against this player and we both picked the same character and thought tooth and nail to the point it had to be taken to a decider in which i felt i earned the win slightly cheaply.
However i sent him a message saying good game and sorry if it felt like I finished it cheaply then he sent me another game invite where we then battled four more times in player matches in which he beat me every single time.
I then received another message congratulating me on beating him as his best character and that he thought I fought well.
Needless to say the morale of the story is that you never know who you will come up against in an online game and I guess you should never judge anyone.
Ps I made a new sparring buddy =)
