Ooof! Cannot believe it has been almost a month since my last blog post. I even posted last week there was a blog incoming and that got delayed a little bit. My blog is starting to become a playstation exclusive, lol. I'm kidding! There is a reason why everything has been delayed. I switched occupations 3 weeks ago in my current place of work and went from 3rd shift to 1st shift.
So everything was out of whack! Sleeping, eating, working out schedules got all messed up. Finally nearing the end of my third week on 1st, my schedule is returning to normal just to move to 2nd shift hours. But that transition shouldn't be all that severe. I hate mornings and the gym is so cluttered after work. I cannot wait for 2nd shift to be honest.
On a even better note, my weight loss journey is going very well. On my 11th week and lost a total of 31 lbs. Very happy to have lost this much so far and to share it with you all. I promise to share some before and after pictures with you all.
Onto the topic I want to discuss, positivity! For God sakes the gaming community can be brutal and really toxic. From the console wars to games of the year to exclusives. Everyone is at each other's throats. I get being passionate about your favorite past time but I have seen some folks threatening another's life over a piece of plastic. Now I'm guilty of partaking in the console wars back when the one was released. Taking a step back to realize how stupid it was is a eye opener to say the least. I play on the xbox and pc because I really enjoy the community.
Life itself has so many negative things in it, your past time should bring joy to you and other around you. I love congratulating people on their milestones on my feed because it's an accomplishment and it's something positive. This blog I hope brings out a positive outlook. I am tossing around the idea of streaming on my free time and sharing my joys of achievement hunting and completing a game. Assassins creed valhalla sucked all of the fun in Assassins creed. Odyssey and origins were utter genius then this garbage. But I will complete it because I love Assassins creed.
What is your take on positivity in the gaming world? I love to hear some feedback.
Stay safe all and stay positive!
