Bean Dive 2016 - Road to Recovery - February / March / April
Well, its a been few slow months for me gaming wise.
April was a HUGE month for me, my first son was born to my wife and I on April 17th. Zendrick Harbor Holding! 7 lbs, 4oz and in great health!
Gaming will continue to be slow for me especially now with a newborn, but I'm trying to put as much into my backlog as I can. My usual MP GoW4 has, and will, continue to take a back seat while I chip away as much as I can before Bean Dive comes around again!
Unfortunately, I fell out of the GTASC (could have easily saved myself to) so now I don't have to bother holding back score, so I'll be pushing hard these next few months whenever I can.
Current stats:Recovered Completion:
8.96% of 12.70% (3.76% increase through Feb-April)Current Completion:

Some highlights of my completed games list over the last 3 months:The Deer God
Honestly, I didn't feel this game was as shitty as I read it to be. Of course, it wasn't magnificent in any aspect, but it was somewhat fun while it lasted and was a pretty simple completion despite the high ratio (thanks GwG)Ryse: Son of Rome
Another GwG title. I had a lot of fun with Ryse, the graphics alone were beautiful. The gameplay was great fun (although repetitive after lots of play time) and really enjoyed the story. The MP was a little unnecessary, but fun while it lasted.
Check out my 1152x combo in MP!:
Metro: Last Light Redux
Ever since playing Metro 2033, I've held it in high regards as one of my favorite shooters on the 360. This was my first foray into the sequel and I'm glad I played it on the One. If you have yet to play either iteration, then you are truly missing out on a masterpiece series!
The improved graphics were amazing and just like the original, the story and characters pulled me in and didn't let go!
I recently went and completed the game again on the 360 (will be in stats for May) just have a few more of the DLC packs to do. Then I have Metro 2033 Redux for this years bean dive. Tembo The Badass Elephant
A really fun platformer! Love the graphical style: very smooth, vibrant, colorful, and fun! Nice tight controls!
Also not very difficult, so casual players should be able to get into it without much hassle.
Don't have a plan of action this month. I just finished Metro: Last Light (360) with a few DLC packs to do. Not sure what I'll be working on next, but I think I'm going to stick to the 360 and finish off some of my bean dive there (maybe Magna Carta 2, or Book of Unwritten Tales?) We will see!
Thanks for reading!
