400+ Hours into Halo MCC and counting.
I love Halo, for the past 15 years it's been one of my favorite series so naturally the Master Chief Collection was a must have for me. The game itself, unlike others, has given me almost no issues. A few Done Unlocking achievements did frustrate me for the week or two they took to finally unlock but it all resolved itself with time. The collection has also gotten me into speed running. I may not have the hours of practice under my belt to set records or even come close, but I did breeze through the under 3 hour Legendary achievements without much issue (except for Regret/gravemind lol).
Currently I'm 38 Achievements away from a completion, most of which certainly won't be quick or easy. I'm also terrible at the MP, I don't know if it's just because I genuinely suck which is a good possibility, if my internet is too slow, or if I'm at a disadvantage using a big tv with high input lag. Not doing good but still loving competitive halo has me rethinking my whole setup. Switching to a monitor and head set, at least for MP. Does anybody think it's worth it?
Anyway, I'll be looking for sessions soon to complete Annual/Deja Vu/Mind the Gap. I just need a mic first unless there's a group of people who don't care. I've done the first two achievements on the original Halo 3/ODST so I know what I'm doing. Also need Help on Triple Threat as I only have 3 controllers and can't seem to boost that one myself. Aside from LASO, which I'm currently using the save/quit method through Halo CE, the rest shouldn't be too bad, just time consuming.
If anyone wants/needs help just send me a message.
