Protests and change are good. Destroying communties and inciting us v them cop vs citizen wars is not.

I also believe a LOT of the violence we are seeing is a direct resul of Covid lockdowns and has little if anything to do with George.

Which is what I've been sayin all along. Destroyin the economy was always goin to cause worse outcomes than the disease itself.

Protests started about George. But the violence has its roots in 1) far left and far right extremists 2) criminals using protests as cover and 3) frustrated citizens who

feel like society left them abandoned in the wake of lockdowns "stay home save lives" bs.

I also dont believe in inherent privilege or lack thereof based on race. Privilege is based on economic status. Those born rich have it.

Those born poor do not. Those born middle class may or may not have some at birth, but work hard to gain more or f*ck off and wind up losing it thru their decisions.

Just as some born poor scrap and law their way to wealth, and with that wealth privilege.

Of course all of this applies mainly to USA and to a lesser extent westernized countries.

Those with the misfortune of birth in places like Syria, North Korea, China, etc. experience a completely differen world and set of rules.

The violence has its roots in police brutality from immature, incompetent cops who attack and kill people instead of doing their jobs properly. There are dozens of

examples of this just from this last week alone. White privilege exists, it doesn't mean every single white person benefits from it or can't suffer at all, but "believing

" it's not real is simply ignorant. Black Lives Matter has not been coopted, you're buying into the narrative that conflated the violent looters with the actual

protesters which is a transparent attempt to stop the protests.

People are tired of cops being able to hurt and murder people(many examples being unarmed black men) with little to no repercussions because other cops and their

institutions ignore it or help sweep it under the rug. That's what it's about, anything else is a smokescreen to get you to ignore the real issue.

While I agree with you that there are obviously some people that only intend to cause havoc, that doesn't take away from the protests. And saying that you don't believe

in privilege based on race is crazy to me. That exists along with economic status privilege.
