The Weekly Achievement Scavenger Hunt (WASH)

The weekly achievement scavenger hunt is a little side game I created over at the Achievement Hounds Forums. They are fun little challenges each week to find a specific achievement within your backlog of games. Finding a specific word or matching a theme - nothing ridiculous, but I certainly enjoy them.

Each week, I will hit up Random.org for a theme (off a list I have) and that will be the goal of the week. Submissions should be added to the comments on the blog.

You must unlock the required achievement(s) within the week each challenge is open.
Challenge will start midnight (12 am) central time on Monday and run for 7 days. (Central time is GMT -5 during daylight savings, -6 during standard time)

Week of September 12th - September 18th Theme:

Achievements Are My Friends

Hopefully you have human friends as well, but achievements ARE really great. This week we need to find an achievement with the word "Friend" in it.

Good luck and thanks for participating.

Week of August 29th - September 4th Theme:

How's The Weather?

It's the end of summer and winter is on the way (in the northern hemisphere) - regardless the weather is changing and I'm looking for a word related to it.

Rain, wind, sun, temperature - (you've seen a weather report) - find a word related.

Good luck and thanks for participating.

The second Olympic themed week - fitting on a couple of levels since the games end on the 21st and Track and Field have taken center stage.

This week requires two achievements - one with the word "FIRST" and another with the word "LAST".

Good luck and thanks for participating.
