The sun is big
Meh. Just wasn’t feeling it tonight. Played dumb. Made silly mistakes. Died in act 1 several times. Maybe later in the week.
It's interesting that I rated this a 3.5 around when it released in 2015. I feel like I would have given this a 5/5 in 2010. Now I'd probably be around 2.5.
My interest in shooters just plummets with every year. But I heard some people were doing the last achievement without the warden skip so I decided I might as well

finish it off. I guess I'm at least glad I can add it to my list of completions. It is cool to see the variety of games I've completed over the years. I'm not some one
trick pony. I at least try to explore everything. Velocity 2X, TrackMania Turbo, Tower of Time, The Surge, Halo 5, Kingdom Come, Ori and the Blind Forest, Witcher 3,
Catherine, Kyub, Chariot, Yakuza 0, Action Henk, and so many other games. I don't love TA these days, but I still like seeing all the cool achievements I've done
over the years.
This game looks super cool, although I either miss clicked somewhere and told the game to give me no tutorial or that was the worst tutorial ever.
Did they get around to patching the game? I played a little way back when, but had to put it down because some of the problems kinda ruined the game.
Hey Anthony hope you're doing well! https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1433860?emclan=10358...

I've seen a couple patches come through and it looks like it's more or less completely fixed now. I wasn't overwhelmed by the tutorial and I think I'm going to put this
behind other card games in my queue. It looks fine, but I'm just not overwhelmed by it. But yeah, I tried it out last night partly because it looks more or less fixed.
Ah awesome! Yeah it's still far back on my backlog, tons of other games to get to (Kingdom Hearts) and I just don't have as much free time as I used to
D'oh. I saw you streaming but didn't recognize your Twitch username!
Ha yeah I felt like changing it. Your name is fairly public and I don't mind you or others I trust knowing my name, but I'm still wary of crazy internet stalkers.

I strongly prefer the games of spire that require really challenging problem solving and keep me engaged. The runs that are brain dead strong and you just win without
trying and the runs where your deck is just dog shit and you're just waiting to lose aren't nearly as much fun. Unfortunately the two runs I played last night kind of
high rolled the good stuff and weren't as interesting to play or watch. It was still fun to hang out with a couple people and play, but not as exciting to watch
me click on the strong stuff without thinking and win.
To be fair the defect run required a bit of actual thinking now that I think about it. Still not my most challenging win as defect, but some problem solving.
Spire just might be my last game before I head to the PlayStation for a long while. We’ll see.
I hope you're well, Manny. DMC 5 is cool and I've been meaning to get to that. It's cool seeing you play that.
PlayUltimate711 playing Curse of the Dead Gods
I got another final expedition win in Curse on Sunday! And then I failed the second run. I'm getting better, but I'm not amazing at action games. A lot of people
haven't completed the final expedition at all. So I'm certainly not bad, but I'm just not amazing and I struggle to win two in a row. That was a fun run, though.
It helps when you heal for so much on each hit. I'm really getting used to the second stage on Clovis and I'm confident I can get two in a row eventually.
It's just frustrating when I roll a really bad curse right before a boss and I'm like "uhhh having one less stamina means I'm just not able to kill the serpents on dark
avatar of the serpent fast enough and now he heals off them and this is just rough." Again, I'm getting better, though.
I’ve been well PU, thanks. Hopefully you’re doing alright yourself. DMC5 is indeed very cool and I’m enjoying learning the characters and grinding out the s ranks.
Did you try the effulgence bow yet for the final exploration? That’s how I ended up clearing the hardest content in the game. That and I prioritized relic rooms for
damage stacking while being conservative with divine favors so you have throughout the whole run.
And What Does He Do?!
Nice reference! Not sure how many people on here will remember that one.

Ill be back...😜
It's not a tumour.
Double flame shotgun and crossbow with homing is my go to
Yeah this is just more interesting to me these days. I can see ME being okay if it wasn't so janky, but I'd rather just play something with really interesting problem
solving like this. The CCG element isn't what I normally enjoy, but this is fun.
Woohooooo! Nice man!
Best in Asia
I think this does a lot well, but I just don’t give a fuck about the popular games these days. Like I could see that there were cool things here, but none of it did much
for me. The maze near the end had this really loud soundtrack and it’s so busy with sound effects and gameplay and all I’m doing is shooting things and I’m bored
and I’d rather just go play slay the spire, which is just far more interesting.
Or even I’ve been playing gears tactics, which has some problems with the missions getting too repetitive and I’ve started a couple missions and said “uhhh I already
played this mission type on this exact map?” So gears tactics isn’t perfect, but I’m genuinely engaging with interesting problem solving in each mission and I really
enjoy solving each mission on insane. It’s a great game. But a high action AAA pretty graphics “cool”game just doesn’t do much for me anymore.
And it’s weird because there are occasionally games where the action hits this perfect balance of super challenging and I really love it.
I’m still kinda addicted to curse of the dead gods even though I can’t beat the final run twice in a row. But I constantly feel challenged and I think it helps that I’m
still doing some problem solving trying to figure out what relics I need and making decisions and it still engages me. So it’s not like I never enjoy action games now
But this game quickly became pretty simple and I was just bored and not super interested and all the paranormal stuff did nothing for me.
I really deeply wanted to get deep into pathfinder kingmaker or civ 6 or crusader kings 3 or something more complex and strategy based during my FTO
over the holidays, but I just felt drained and depressed and couldn’t get going on that, but I’d still like to get into something more complex and strategy focused.
This just isn’t for me. I did start back up on Faeria this week and that’s interesting. I especially like doing the puzzles in that game.
It’s not really my typical game though so I’m not sure if I will complete it
Oh and of course the yakuza series is super action focused and I mostly like that, but I like it because of the fucking phenomenal stories that my jackass friends
STILL WON’T TRY FOR THEMSELVES!
I was disappointed in Control as well but I’m typically a sucker for AAA games. Really I enjoy just about anything I play but Control just didn’t do it for me.
I still think Quantum Break and Alan Wake are Remedy’s best games and I’m very excited for Alan Wake 2.
Congrats & Welcome to the club!
Yo dawg we heard you love the clarity on hit boxes and bullets in Gungeon, so we decided to do the complete opposite and make a game where you never know if you’re
going to be hit by something. I joke a little. I eventually figure out attack patterns and hit boxes and stuff and get better, but I also often have no idea where
the hit box for a bullet is. Who thought putting the bullet up above ground with a shadow far enough off it to make it look like there are two bullets was a good idea?
One more on my list
Thanks mate shame the silly sods banned me!
Oof! Hadn’t spotted that. Rough
Apparently been playing some higher ratio games lately 😂
