Hi all, long time no blog.

So I don't really like to ask people for support but on 24th August I, along with chrisie81 and Kim83, will be gaming for 24 hours to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities. My son, who will be 1 in August, has been diagnosed with a rare skull condition, Metopic Craniosynostosis, and will require major surgery at some point between 12 and 15 months of age to correct this.

There are only 4 hospitals in the UK who will deal with this condition, so families like ours have to travel quite some distance to get the best care for their child. Ronald McDonald House Charities provide accommodation for families so they can stay as close to their children receiving treatment in hospital as possible. We have been lucky enough to experience their support first hand and can honestly say this service is a huge support to families during what is an incredibly stressful time.

I'm looking to raise as much money as possible to help this charity support families like ours. Just £25 can provide accommodation for one family for one night.
