Well posted that then realized I don't know if it gives the name... its "Ace Phoenyx II"

If you need help with any games or achievements while building up your gamerscore let me know. I'd be happy to help. Glad to have you back!!
wasn't enough to convince whoever to not permanently ban me. I'm done with xbox, I will never buy another game or service from Microsoft and I hope this serves as a
warning to others. First, if you do get in trouble, good luck. Second, choose your friends more carefully then I did. Finally, don't ever talk about selling anything

through the xbox message app since that can and will get you permanently banned. I'll be on PC from now on if anyone is interested.
What happened bro? I'm assuming the Fortnite code message?
Shit friends then.
Oh it deleted my original headline will repost it below.
That's it, no conversation, no further appeal, no explanation, just "decision upheld". The 500 characters I got to make an appeal
^ put above "wasn't enough to convince". Aside from that all I did ultimately was message friends regarding selling of a code for Fortnite, apparently that's worth
permanently banning a long standing community member with good reputation otherwise and a long history of expenditures on games.
I know the feeling Ace. Its been 3 years since my main account got permanently banned and reset at a little over 300k gamerscore. I was livid for weeks.
Yeah any selling talk is against ToS.
Yeah so when Stallion was using his profile to pimp Xtendplay he got a week suspension that was dropped to like 30 hours. A ban for selling one code? Horseshit.
That should have been a suspension or a messaging ban. Prevent him from trying to sell stuff. Phishing ban? No, that's some trash.
I'm sorry to hear that, I really feel your pain and frustration. My previous gamer tag got permantly ban 4 years ago because of a glitch on Halo Reach. I lost 379,000G :(
either defraud someone, steal an account or other such info. All other info seems to point that my ban should've been temporary at worst. If anyone has dealt with a
similar situation in the past I would appreciate any input.

http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/legal/codeofconduct maybe spamming 300 friends multiple reports using account for selling xblive game codes that's the only thing I can think
I can see :(
But the thing is as far as I can tell that wouldn't result in a permanent ban, which is the frustrating part of this.
Yeah, I don't think it's the selling as much as as the M2AF, I didn't report you as I ignore most messages, but since that i've have 7 requests and a ton of follows.
And they're all from the option to buy the code, you might have a few bots following you and their requesting friendship could've been what go you in trouble and reported
It's what makes more sense, people are getting spammed from spam bots following you and so they reported it. I ignore crap it's not worth reporting!! :D
I only messaged people I had added myself though, not followers, and I know people on my list are real so idk what is up with that. Unless they are old accounts that have
since been hacked or otherwise turned into bots. Overall I will clean up my friends list heavily if I do get unbanned. Plan to remove basically everyone who hasn't talked
to me on TA or xbox in the past 6 months.
Small update, "Decision Upheld". Further info and my good-bye is on my main page. Will probably write a blog about it to and pin that.
Wait What???? Really???
What did you do to cause that to happen??

Holy shit, how the hell? Did someone claim you were trying to steal their account since you offered to sell them a game code? Jesus shit.
Yeah it has to come back to that which is really really weird and stupid. I've appealed it and hopefully it'll be overturned to a small time suspension
If the decision is upheld I honestly will just be moving to PC gaming and selling my xbox and games that I have.
The thing is it comes back to the loosest terms of "soliciting" in the sense that I messaged people on my friends list about the codes.
However it has nothing to do with Theft and Phishing so I don't understand the permanent ban, at most I would barely understand a small timed ban. Also upset that people
on my friends list reported me as I'm pretty sure Xbox doesn't have automation in place to permanently ban someone.
Also I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person to message friends about game selling. Received a couple of those messages myself in the past.
Yeah that's really goddamn weird. I do think selling codes on Xbox is against the Code of Conduct but that shouldn't be a ban. A messaging restriction maybe.
But to just outright ban you is just frigging nuts. Someone must have claimed you were account phishing and they just took that game sale as evidence somehow.
And while you might not be the first, apparently nobody reported the others. Some ass must have reported you. I doubt they check that stuff manually. I've gotten plenty.
Another thing about this that is really upsetting is that for the appeal process I have 500 characters in which I can make the appeal. At that point I can't make a proper
appeal in any way shape or form. The best I can do is try to offer a defense and hope they are kind to me.
Oh... and great, it appears to be crowd sourced. So I have little to no ability to sit down with a human and actually talk things out.
that's shite m8..some friend whoever that was. just tell em simple you did a mass pm as you had a spare code etc good luck to you
Doom, Dungeon Defenders II, Titanfall 2 and Happy Wars?!?!?!!!! Its been 3 weekends of nothing but THIS weekend had to be all the games at once.
Last week it was Doom.
Was it? I didn't see it listed anywhere... the other problem being that I tried to play but couldn't find a game.
As a side note they just gave everyone an additional 15 llamas for free as a thank-you for bearing with us gift. Not sure if new players would get it too though.
I'm thinking how long I last will depend entirely on how good I get at Trials Fusion when that goes GwG and how much DLC I buy for it!
Interesting thoughts, my last run was almost entirely on Pool Nation and Rare Replay, not going to have them this year and I don't want to start new games.

Remind me where you finished? I made 26th largely due to SMITE Killer Instinct is probably the best option for me to have a deep run but I don't think I'm willing
to take the plunge into a DLC-heavy grind of a game type I can't stand just for the sake of an extra week or two. My goal is just to last 2 weeks, maybe 3 at a stretch
I don't recall exactly, I think I was top 50 and trying to decide if I wanted to go for top 10 which I ultimately gave up on.
Understand this is a rating for a Beta and that means I'm giving it based on what I see the final game becoming not exactly what it is right now.
That said, a ton of fun, very engaging and definitely will get you wanting to grind away for every little advancement you can get.

Now for a few negatives that need to be fixed before full launch. First, people are lacking incentive currently to actually contribute. As it is people can just ignore
the objective and run around to loot things while forcing the others in the game to actually complete the mission. The other major issue is that there is a lot to take in
and a major lack of a meaningful tutorial. Sure you learn how to play but you don't get taught about the intricacies of levelling up gear/survivors/heroes/etc...
Oh and I almost forgot. This game can be summed up as Borderlands meets 7 days to die. Overall a brilliant game.
Had to get this rating in. By far the best zombie crafting survival game out there. Yes it does fall off after awhile but overall a ton of fun and if you love
sandbox survival you have to play it.
Servers are having serious issues. So far of the dozen times I've tried to log in the past 4 days I've only gotten in once on launch day.
Oh... and I guess I technically also will start Syndicate. Want to complete out Unity first though.
Of the 3 Gems of War is the fastest completion (probably) but they all are similar in veins of playstyle. Gems also is a bit more actual play vs the other 2.
Can't get into Lies of Astaroth. Seeing some of the crap the devs have pulled with the game as well as whining on our forums, I'm very leery of investing the time.

Well I started it last Wednesday and am already a decent chunk into the game from my standing. The cards will take a long time but otherwise the rest of it seems not all
that bad. I can let you know how things go for me when I get a bit more in but as it stands I'm already level 43 with good gold income daily and everything else is time.
As is I will be able to complete part of the current card event. Sadly I started probably 3 days too late to fully complete it for around 9 cards. Will get 4 or 5 though.
Works for me. I like games like this but a lot of the conversation around it was pretty terrible every time I looked into it.
Well a lot of that conversation was around the launch game and from everything I've read there is about 75% more content now then there was.
oh and if you do play read the guide before you start, the referral code thing is extremely important.
Honestly not nearly as bad as most people were saying. I personally think as far as gameplay value and completion its in the same vein as Fallout Shelter but with more
strategy and luck involved.
Pretty fun but falls into the same trap of most mobile games of playing 5 mins every couple of hours.
It was fun until it reached the "Now you have to pay if you want the Legendary Dwellers to count" point.
If you know me I played the first one hard, to the point I was battling for the first completion on TA (then raid happened and I didn't get loot). But I just got burned
by playing the game to get to end game content and then getting there and realizing there was no real content. As such I'm just not interested in D2.
Same. I have 100 points in the game. Hated it from the beginning and will not be playing it when it comes out
Not bothered by it in the slightest, play D1 and got 140gs (just had to check), more looking forward to Saints Row next month. Saying that I have pre-ordered D2 but it's
a birthday present for my son.
Not the only one, I might get it in the future but even so it's over rated and over hyped crap much like the c.o.d games.
I only played Destiny since I got a review copy. After giving it a 4/10 I didn't get the DLC like I was supposed to. So I only played it casually. Won't buy D2.
Also I figure if D2 is like the first game then it's gonna have shit for good content until it's been out for a year. So I'll wait for the PS exclusive deal to expire.
But free cheevos are always nice!
