New format for my let's play videos.
Up until now, I basically had two types of videos. I would do the unedited play through of a game, then that would be followed by what I called the "A.D.D. Version" which was a hyper-edited video of the entire series comprised of jump cut after jump cut. Most clips weren't more than a few seconds, and they were laid out in chronological order so it still maintained some essence of the game flow.
I've decided to change it up and basically combine the two formats into one. As I was editing the A.D.D. Version of Gears of War 4, I started leaving longer and longer cuts, and was actually pleased with the result. So from now on, I'll just be posting the "good parts" versions of my let's plays. It seems like I edit an hour of footage down to 10ish minutes on average, and instead of posting two videos a day, it will just be the one.
Even though I will technically be posting less content, this format will actually allow me to play through more games quicker. Basically I'll get through games on the channel 4 times as fast, but I'll be doing half the videos a day, so it should be twice as many games played as I have been doing. Hopefully it goes over well but in any case, that's the plan for now.
