I hate deadlifting lol my back kills for days after them
My favourite exercise right now, dunno why. Trying to get up to 2x my body weight for a 1 rep max currently 20kgs short

I never do them but my brother is really strong on them (290kg) so I've started them and I'm only at 210kg lol hoping for 250kg within a few months.
Pffft I'm way down at 160kg right now. Got a long ways to go yet
Deadlifts are harder than squats for me. Probably because I've never bothered doing them. I just love training chest ha
I've just bought some figure of 8 straps so I'm hoping they help with my deadlifting as I don't like normal straps.

95kgs. Only been training 4months. Started it to lose weight then got hooked. All about them gains now bro
