Let me know if Gold Packs will ever be giftable with REQ points, I'll make it more fun. ;)
Thx. Doubt that will ever happen though. 343 wouldn't want players paying each other discounted rates for packs. Someone with a ton of RP could sell Golds at $1, for eg.

Shh, don't tell them all the secrets!
I got a free one to gift, so if anyone wants to swap let me know...I need to play mp first, of course!
Sorry, already gave mine away.
Thurs H5 will have giftable Gold Packs. Everyone SR5 or higher gets one that can only be given away. I'm still playing H5 WZFF, so I'll take any if you don't have another
person in mind. I don't want to be greedy. Normally the giftable packs must be purchased with real money, so I'm not sure what the point is. Could give an XBL code.

It's just so everyone knows about the new feature and how to use it. Free advertising most likely to encourage real purchases.
Sorry I wasn't clear. I meant why have gifting at all if it usually takes real money? I suppose it's because you can't buy $3 XBL codes or you have a large XBL balance.
XBL codes can be purchased for any value up to $80 at Microsoft Store. And there's digital codes for H5 Packs that could be used instead. Convenience in-game maybe?
Can we buy packs to give away with REQ points? I still have 1.5 million from like six months ago when I played. I'll give you my code for sure.
No, you can only buy gifts with real money. :( Thanks for the gift.
Stig, do you want a gift? Don't know if you play anymore. I know Yin doesn't need anything. He already has all the toys. :)
I rarely ever play Halo 5 so it would get much better use out of going to someone else. Thank you, though!
OK, sent the gift to uberdobber since he was online and had asked me a Halo MCC question yesterday. Yin, thanks for the Gold Pack.
Mine always says that I played nothing and earned no gamerscore. :(
Mine said I've played 360 games when it's actually 136. I just ignore any stats they give because it's wrong most of the time.
Thanks. Great community.
Yup, except when it comes to site competitions. haha
Rebooted everything. I have trouble getting my X1 to be Open, but usually no issue with Moderate. Don't know why 360 is easier to use with NAT.
It's happened countless times in the past, no fix afaik. It's called "progress"
Don't you have access to your router/modem settings? Assign your Xbox a static IP on the network and open the correct ports. Also try enabling UPnP
Yes, I have the ports open. UPnP never seems to work on X1, so I have to open manually. Figured out the issue: my router's IP didn't match the public IP of my modem.
Thx for the advice. Still Open today. This helped: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/nat-error-... Never saw the Public IP advice before.
Not surprising but it's a shame I won't be able to stack them anymore
Perhaps we'll get to stack some remasters. They could port the PS4 Harry Potter Collection to X1 and Switch, unless they aren't allowed by PS. Maybe other oldies ported?

Also curious what they'll do with LD on 360. They've added 3 new ach's per Level or Story Pack. So there's only room for 9 more packs before hitting the 99 cap.
It was only a matter of time really. I could see some remasters happening but they would appear to be doing quite well with their current franchise lineup on the One.
Lego Marvel Avengers and LSW:TFA both had timed exclusive PS DLC. After expiration, it came out for Steam, but not Xbox. Guess MS doesn't care to fight for it.
My guess is sales wouldn't justify pursuing it.

I wonder if the sony limited exclusivity rights actually are paying off...
Paying off for Sony or TT? Seems like easy money for TT. Surely the development is platform agnostic, so the cost would be minimal, unless MS demands too big a cut.
If charging $1.99-$2.99 is profitable on Steam, seems like it would be profitable on Xbox too. I don't expect to get it for free like PS does, since Sony must have paid.
Just feels underhanded to me to advertise them as timed exclusives, then release on Steam only. TT didn't literally lie, but it feels misleading to me.
Easy 2,750 gamerscore if you can endure it. The game has a lower score than even Telltale's Game of Thrones so I have no idea what you're in for.
That is to say, a lower rating on TA.

Just wondering how fun it is, if at all. I've been curious to try a Telltale game, but I don't like graphic violence, so I've avoided them.
It's fine. Minecraft does get very laggy at some points, and it's annoying, but it's easy Gamerscore. If everything's on disc, definitely worth a buy then resale.
Not played it but i doubt graphic violence is an issue in minecraft story mode.
Ha ha. No, I truly doubt it is. I meant that I hadn't played the more popular Telltale games due to the violence.
Probably Telltale's worst game, storywise. They all have the same gameplay though & the same classic Telltale lag reviews never call them out on. But that's a good price.
First episode is free so you could see how you like the beginning on an alt account and purchase if you enjoy it
Thanks for the feedback. Didn't have time to try before the sale ended, so I went ahead and bought them. Who knows when I'll get around to playing though!
It just sounds like early access to online MP stuff. But who knows, Sony is really throwing around money these days for exclusive BS.
Yes, that's what it sounds like and I can't blame them. I'm just annoyed that Lego Avengers and SW:TFA have expired PS exclusive DLC that hasn't come to Xbox.
