PermalinkDay 3: $20 off at Gamestop Deals
Since Gamestop insists on running their specials out of sequence with the rest of the brick & mortar retail world, I have a special update for you on a couple of games you can get $20 off on. You can save $20 on with this special promotion. A similar promotion is also running on saving you $20 as well.

The scoring streak still continues, as I was able to pop one achievement yesterday, which was a pretty easy one I might add.

I have my first Music Mayhem session tonight, so maybe I can pop a couple of achievements while participating in that.

PermalinkDay 2: Three Years Later
Castle Crashers isn't exactly a new game. Almost three years ago I popped my last achievement in it, until last night. I was lucky enough to be able to participate in a gaming session with some fellow staff here on TA to work towards the

achievements. I was able to pop Glork, and got some help popping a couple of more I had not yet attained. Hopefully I can put this game to bed sometime in the near future with the connections made in last night's gaming session.

Speaking of gaming sessions, the session I setup for this weekend has filled up with the expected participants. Now to formulate a plan of attack for this session.

For those of you who read my US Deal Roundup each week, this might be of interest to you. I did not get the chance to publish this, as the information came to me after publication. I also did not update the story, as it is more of a good cause than a good deal. For each copy of Kinect: Disneyland Adventures sold, the Microsoft Store will donate $15 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This is a great cause, and I've heard good things about this game.

So, I've seen several people start a daily blog post here on TA. I used to have a blogger blog that I blogged on when I felt the need for a blog. I don't feel like keeping that blog if I am going to blog with the blog tools available here. Blog.

However, there was one piece of information I had there, which I am going to move to my profile here at TA. That was a little manual Gamerscore by year blurb I had going:

2006: 4,647
2007: 17,908 (+13,261)
2008: 35,531 (+17,623)
2009: 69,121 (+33,590)
2010: 101,171 (+32,050)
2011: 124,960 (+23,789)
2012: 130,818 (+5,858)*

* Denotes current year gain.
The other interesting thing I find about my gaming over the last 208 days, is that I have unlocked one achievement (at least) on each of those days. This is the longest score streak I have ever maintained. I'm also working on my longest played streak, 220 days and counting, as well. I can chalk both of these milestones up to my Windows Phone 7 purchase, as I can typically pop one achievement per day on some of those games.

In fact, I popped two this morning on Z0MB1ES (on teh ph0ne) (WP). I've got a goal to complete Borderlands by the end of next month, so maybe I'll keep you guys updated on that.

Anyway, I think that about does it for today's blog. Hopefully I can blog again tomorrow, and I should have a few more codes to throw out at you guys soon.

Blog out.
