Marvel vs. Capcom: Origins Launch Trailer

By Dog of Thunder, 6 years ago
Marvel vs. Capcom Origins was just released yesterday for 1200 MSP, so ignore the "Coming Soon" part of the following trailer, as it is already here! This bundle collects both Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom, two games that paved the way for the insanity to follow in Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. Take a good look at this trailer and realize just how many of your favorite characters and moves have been with us for a long, long time.

In case anyone is curious, the reason this bundle includes Marvel Super Heroes and not X-Men vs. Street Fighter, which is the cross-over title that started all of this in the first place, it's due to licensing issues. Activision currently owns the X-Men license which means Capcom can not re-release any of their games with "X-Men" in the title. On the bright side, Marvel Super Heroes was the first appearance of many now classic fighting characters and is an insane fighting game in its own right.

A TA review of Marvel vs. Capcom: Origins will be up early next week.
