Black Ops 2 Video Welcomes You To Nuketown

I'm not sure if it is out of a sense of irony, or just a desire to escape the heat, but my wife and I will always take a moment while visiting Disney World to experience the wonders of the Carousel of Progress. This ride was originally created by Walt Disney himself for the 1964 World's Fair in New York City. The Carousel depicts how family life has changed since the start of the 20th century, ending with a look into the future, roughly the year 2025.

I hate that ride, so when the latest Call of Duty: Black Ops II trailer shows a destructive firefight taking place on what looks like a neighborhood Disney himself would have designed back in the 1960's, well, I can't help but be amused.

The "Nuketown 2025" map will be available as a free download with every pre-order of Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Not only that, but those that pre-order will have access to a double-XP weekend running November 16th through November 18th. Call of Duty: Black Ops II will be available worldwide on November 13th.
