Small Update Released for Battlefield 3

By Ashley Woodcock, 6 years ago
DICE have rolled out a small update for Battlefield 3, which addresses some drastically match changing issues that were in dire need of fixing. There's no long list to be found this time around as DICE have simply eliminated three bugs with this update. Here's the details on the changes that have been made:

Fixes immortality bug
We have identified and eliminated a bug where players in specific cases would be rendered invulnerable.

Fixes broken spawn points in TDM mode on Strike at Karkand
We have identified and eliminated a bug where players would only spawn in a few places on the east side of the map.

Fixes a crash in Gun Master mode
We have identified and eliminated a crash issue in Gun Master mode. To definitively eliminate this crash issue, we have had to implement a change so that players can no longer move in preround in Gun Master mode.
Should you have not received the update already, players will be prompted to download the patch the next time Battlefield 3 is started.
