Crimson Dragon 'Accidental' Demo Footage

By SgtDigglesworth, 3 years ago
Those gamers out there who have had their ear to the proverbial pavement will be well aware of a little XBLA on-rail Kinect shooter known as Crimson Dragon. After being delayed in Japan, we've had a teensy-weensy bit of information regarding some in-game characters and a handful of screenshots, but there has not been a landslide of news surrounding this upcoming XBLA release.

That was, of course, until @lifelower was able to nab some gameplay footage from the game's demo that was accidentally released on Japan's XBLA demo list for a brief period at the end of 2012. Ground Inc.'s Game Designer, Yukio Futatsugi, the director of a little title some of you may know as Panzer Dragoon Saga, stated via Twitter that it was a mistake and he is currently addressing the issue with Microsoft. Needless to say, there is something about leaked gameplay footage that can make a gamer feel like a badass pirate, so without further ado, and in the immortal words of those who see a whale, "Thar she blows!"

Crimson Dragon does not have a solid release date for, well, anywhere at this point, but we will be sure to keep you informed as more information surrounding this title leaks to the masses. What we do know is that gamers will expect to pay 1200 MSP at the time this baby drops.
