PES 2012 For Windows Phones Delisted

By Andrew Ogley, 5 years ago
Fans of the Windows Phone version of PES 2012 will be disappointed to hear that the title has now been delisted from the Windows Phone Marketplace after only having been available for a relatively short ten month period. The previous title also suffered a similar fate last year after a similar time frame, but Konami pulled that game to make way for the latest title PES 2012, which then hit the marketplace two months later.

Although some may consider it no real surprise that the title has been delisted, the timing does seem to be as this years version has been delisted 20 days sooner than its predecessor. At the time of writing there have been no comments or explanations for the delisting from either Microsoft or Konami, and there has not been an announcement of any new forthcoming title.

Sadly, this means that owners of PES 2012 will not be able to re-download the title (if it were ever necessary) as the delisting effectively removes all access to the title within the Windows Phone Marketplace.
