Milestone have announced that they are returning to the saddle of the MotoGP
franchise with the scheduled release of MotoGP 13
later this year.
At the moment details are scarce, but we can reveal that the game will allow players to experience the full 2013 MotoGP season, with all the tracks and riders available in the improved career mode.
Other modes were also revealed, with Quick Race and IRTA tests for single player fun, and the game's multiplayer mode promising to "re-create exciting events – inspired by reality – to MotoGP™’s classic elements, that will keep fans glued to their sofa."
With the change in developer also comes a change in game engine, and Milestone are promising it will offer improved physics, graphics, enviromental effects and in-game sound to previous games in the franchise.
Luisa Bixio, Milestone Marketing and Sales Director had this to say:
We’re very proud to announce MotoGP™13. After four years, we’ve [sic] have the license again in our hands and we’d like to put all the expertise we have developed during this time into the game. This new project will offer players the chance to experience a brand new MotoGP game that will include the most-loved features plus brand new ones.
