Two Ride to Hell Titles Announced [UPDATE]

By Keith Gray, 3 years ago
As one two-wheeled Arcade title, in the shape of Red Bull X-Fighters, has gone zooming from the Marketplace today, courtesy of a delisting, Deep Silver has announced two new motorcycle-themed titles that are set to arrive this Summer.

First, Ride to Hell: Retribution is described as an action-packed tale about a biker gang's attempt to gain revenge. Who the gang are looking for revenge against, as well as why, will remain a mystery until Deep Silver release more details because the publisher is staying very tight-lipped about the game's storyline at the present time. Although the storyline details are few and far between at this stage, we can still get a firm grasp of what the in-game visuals will look like as a bunch of screenshots has been revealed which show that there is definitely more than just motorbikes involved.

Edit: Since the publication of this article, a trailer has emerged for the game. The footage isn't safe for work:

The second game, Ride to Hell: Route 666, sounds fairly similar in many respects. There's the obvious similarity in that motorcycles are again involved but, this time around, players will be tasked with running the show as they'll need to "recruit and lead a gang of bikers from Chicago to Los Angeles, fighting for every mile of the road using both brain and brawn".

Ride to Hell: Retribution is scheduled to arrive in retail outlets on June 25th, 2013 in North America and June 28th in other territories. Ride to Hell: Route 666 will burn rubber at some point during the same month, but there's nothing more specific at the moment. Rest assured, when more information is revealed about either title, the (non-biker) TA gang will make sure that you know about it.
