Motion Capture (or MoCap, if you're one of the cool kids) is the primary way that game developers (and other special effects magicians) make all of our favorite digital characters look and move in realistic ways. It's so popular, in fact, that I'm pretty sure Andy Serkis has had those tiny, little balls surgically grafted to his body. As you can expect, the digital wizards at Ubisoft Montreal are using the technique for their upcoming action-adventure title, Watch_Dogs
